  1. Not even halfway through his contract. If he goes before September it should be £2m minimum.
  2. Wasn't that long ago (just after Broon took over) that we went about 12 games and only conceeded one goal....or is my brain playing tricks with me?
  3. I'd take a point right noo. I'm not greedy
  4. Didn't think it was the best of games to be honest and I was convinced from about 20 minutes in, like I was at Rugby Park, it had 0-0 all over it. Delighted to be proved wrong. Pure bedlam at the end on and off the park. Magic. More than makes up from the brain rattling pain that was Higdon's bobbled winner at Fir Park a few months back. Today would have hurt MUCH more

Still think his first goal will come from the penalty spot or via a deflection but after that I'm sure some others will follow. I think we will get double figures out of him but it won't be too much above the 10. Had a few shots on goal today which IIRC he didn't have against ICT or Hearts.

    St Mirren

Law for me. Could run all day and won the freekick which ultimately won us the match. Early indications are, if he stays injury free, he could be our POTY.
  7. Good opportunity for Page. He should certainly be given a chance from the bench over the next few games.
  8. Disaster for the lad. Total sickener.
  9. That's very bad news. Fingers crossed for him.
  10. Was never a fan of his goalkeeping but that doesn't mean he won't be a good goalkeeping coach. Similar to Stevie Woods and even Colin Meldrum.
  11. Marsh was sitting a few rows behind me on Sunday. Not heard a thing about Stewart Kerr.
  12. 2-2 (Higdon and Law). Point wouldn't be a disaster. A win on the other hand would be fantastic.
  13. Agree with weeyin. Defeats to St Mirren and Rangers and a point at East End Park could see some predicting trouble ahead. If we are in the top four or 5 by New Year.....game on.
  14. Dazzer, you started agreeing with your own points?

    Big Hutchie

In a friendly as well. That's effort!!!
  16. I'm convinced Hutch would put himself/his heid infront of anything. Not intended as a criticism as such but I'm not sure I have the same belief in Saunders. Hutch would appear to be, at this stage in his young career, utterly fearless.
  17. Joe Jordan in the POD Stand today. More likely watching Hearts than Murphy but Spurs have been mentioned. I do doubt it though. Sally was sat behind him and I'm pretty sure he was there for two reasons.
  18. Hutchinson in, Saunders out, and Forbes into midfield for me. Carswell can be used to freshen things up in 2nd half. Smith wasn't even on the bench today so the chances of him starting a game soon look limited.

    Hearts - Motm

    Hateley. Outstanding today.
  20. First half some of the poorest football I have seen. Boring stuff. All kicked off when Black got his marching orders. Some difference in Black and Lasley coming off the pitch after red cards. All about attitude and this comparison says volumes imo. For what it's worth I thought Tom Hateley was superb today. Winning tackles, linking well with Humphrey, and getting forward. More of that please.
  21. When you pose a question you clearly have the answer to yourself and have a reputation for getting flustered over small petty things..........then.
  22. I thought ALL Europa league games were on a Thursday?
  23. One of Gunning's worst performances was at Tannadice IIRC. The 4-0 game. Not disappointed even a wee bit he has opted for Tayside.
