Sensible signing positionally. Can fill in at LB until Hammell is fit then provide competition at LM to Thomas and Pearson. See lots of folk whinging on twitter that he's on loan from York City. It doesn't matter a fuck where he's come from if he does the business on the park. I don't remember people moaning when we signed Ojamaa after he was released from a team in the Finnish 2nd division or Nicky Law signing from League 2 Rotherham, and they turned out alright.

Finally plucked up the courage to watch the highlights and deary me that was grim viewing. O'Brien looked like he had a shocker. Should have closed the man down quicker for the first, didn't bother challenging Clarkson in the air for the second and don't get me started on the 4th..just boot it out for a corner!! McManus not exactly covering himself in glory either, standing watching the ball come off the bar rather than following it in. Thompson made the most of the contact for the red card but Ojamaa gave him the excuse to do so. Twardzik looked like he made a few good saves again but obviously was at fault for the 3rd. The only positive was our goal which was very well worked.

I'd agree with thisGRAEME's team above. Thomas has to start after providing a spark against Aberdeen. We can't really afford to lose this one as Dundee will pull away from us again. Also, with Ross County playing Partick, one or both will drop points so it's good opportunity to pull Dundee into the battle and either close in on Partick or pull further away from County. You'd fancy Aberdeen to beat St Mirren as well so 3 points here would be handy. 2-0 Motherwell. Erwin and Ainsworth with the goals.

Agree with that line up Kat. Ojamaa in the middle to allow him to influence the game more. Law was impressive at RB in the 2nd half against St Mirren and Thomas will give a bit of pace, trickery and should be able to get back and help out defensively. Still think we'll get scudded mind you. Pawlett, Hayes, McGinn, Rooney and Goodwillie will be too much for us.

Looking forward to this one but think it'll be a tough game. Thistle got a great result up at ICT last week, have some decent players in Higgingbotham and Stevenson and have only lost 1 in their last 7 I think. Hopefully after another week of training with the new boss we'll see some more progress. I'm hoping Hammell will be back to give some more balance to the team. Yeah I saw it, I think it was Ojamaa he threw it at though. Bit of a disgrace that despite it being right infront of the stewards they did fuck all about it when I saw a couple of our fans getting huckled out for whatever reason. Probably standing and supporting the team.
