Fully agree with what's been said above. Just from his first few press conferences he comes across as an engaging and enthusiastic character and he makes it easy to buy into his ethos. Hopefully this is also the case with the players and it translates to more expressive and hard working performances on the park. I know it's very, very early days but I'm personally feeling more positive and engaged than at any point this season!

Much better performance in the second half and could have taken a point from Erwins header. Twardzik amazing again and kept us in with a shout. Erwin showed much more in his 10 mins than Sutton has done in the last 10 games and should start next week.

Our last few managerial appointments have been from left field and have been largely impressive, McGhee, Brown,McCall etc but who appointed these guys, was it Leanne Dempster? I wonder if our next appointment will be in the same vain now that she is away?

I actually thought the first half performance was much better tonight. We looked decent going forward with Ojamaa, Vigurs and Ainsworth. Some positives to take from tonight I think. I like Sutton and I know McCall likes his height for set pieces but fuck me, he's worse than a man down at the minute. He needs dropped pronto. Just the way our luck is at the minute with one defender slipping and taking out another allowing their man to waltz through. I dunno if it's just me but things like that seem to have happened a lot this season. If Ojamma goes back to Legia in January it's curtains for us.

We've had a lot of joy in the past against st Johnstone when we go at them with a bit of pace. Remember Humphrey tearing them a new one various times down the right at Fir Park. Tbh I have no idea if St J still have the same full backs but they have never been a team blessed with any great pace. Get Ojamaa and Ainsowrth in the wide positions and run at them. No idea why, but I've got a feeling we're going to get 3 points this Friday.

Huge game for us! With every passing week (and defeat) the group above us in the table pull a little further away. Although I cannot see for the life of me where they would come from, 2 or 3 wins would bring us back into the pack in mid table so I'm clinging to that hope and trying to look up rather than down but it's becoming increasingly difficult! As for the line up, I feel sorry for Kerr constantly being played out of position. The guy tries his best and puts a shift in but just isn't suited to the role McCall persists in deploying him in. I think he has the tools to do a decent job if played at CB and deserves a chance in there with Ramsden. Erwin showed more in his first 30 secs on Friday than Sutton did all game so deserves a chance. I really hope we go 4-2-3-1, ring a few changes and play guys in their correct position! Agree that Ojamaa could do well out on the left but I doubt he'd be too happy to play there. One of his primary reasons for leaving Legia was to get game time as a striker because he wasn't happy playing out on the left for them.
