Thanks for that Andy. An excellent summary and all sounds fairly positive. Only my opinion but for me the Bois should stay where they are. Their proximity to the away support assists in generating any atmosphere and, as others have said, if they moved to the north of the stand there would be zero atmosphere when we were shooting towards the south.

Sorry so he did. -
Same here. Michael Stewart is one of the better ones for me. Pat Bonner comfortably the worst.

A few changes today. Hammell, Grimshaw, Bigirimana, Tanner and Fisher all in. Campebell, Rose and Demi on the bench. -
Stephen Robinson confirming in his internal pre-match interview that we got £500k for Louis. Obviously sad to see him go but thats a great bit of business for a player with 6 months left on his deal.

Most of our midfield battlers in there tonight rather than a bit of guile and creativity. Big responsibility on Tait and Frear to create. Given Thistles perceived weakness in centre mid I would have preferred to see Tanner or Bigi in there for some composure on the ball but at least theres options from the bench. Not overly confident about this which is a feeling I havent had much since the start of the season. Id take a draw and hope we have some of our main men back for Saturday. 1-1 Bowman and Storey. -

I didnt see Moult in the wee pre game training video the club out on YouTube earlier, and he looked like he went off with a hamstring injury against Celtic. Anyone know if hes out for this one? -

Looking forward to this one, and not just because its anyone other than Celtic. A home game for me and tynecastle is my favourite away ground. If we can go to Pittodrie and win theres no reason we cant come back from Tynecastle with 3 points, particularly with how Hearts have been playing the last few weeks and with both Accies and Thistle taking points off them. Hopefully the team are reinvigorated and motivated to play someone who isnt Celtic and put on a good performance to stretch our lead over the Jambos to 8 points! 0-2. Bowman and Tanner. -

The lack of humility is quite astounding. Brenda obviously well suited to that mob. Also very interested to see how this plays out. Weve heard quite a lot about how well treated the press guys are when they come to Fir Park and generally Alan seems very highly thought of by the media and other club officials. On the flip side, Brenda the tranny shagger has been hailed as the saviour of Scottish football and hasnt received a hint of criticism yet. Will the press see a fairly personal attack on an official of another club a step too far and call him out on it, or will Rodgers remain untouchable? -

Another 1 for the Mixlr chat. Lewis Irons is fine when hes on it with Scott Mullen or Graeme McGarry. Barnstaple makes it unlistenable though with his constant shouting about refs. -
I'll get on this after I get paid tomorrow. Good effort lads. May as well aim high as any extra will be donated to the society and doubled by Les.

A great 3 points last night considering Sunday's exertions, both physically and mentally, as well as the squad rotation. From the mixlr commentary it sounded like we were well on top in the early stages with Tanner, McHugh and Bigi impressing. On clear goal scoring chances created I think we deserved the win. I was slightly concerned at the start of the season due to the way our fixtures fell with a run of home games before a long run of away games. If we didn't take advantage of the home games then the pressure would be on massively in Nov and Dec when we're away from Fir Park...Absolutely no need to be concerned! Fir Park has become a bit of a fortress again and the away wins at NDP, County (LC), Dens Park and the comeback at Easter Road should mean the lads have absolutely no fear going into this run of away games. Every game can't come quick enough at the minute!
-
Apparently they managed to have an indirect free kick from inside the box cleared off the line after the equaliser too
-
Carson picks up a pass back from McHugh apparently. Very poor decision according to the guys on mixlr and Hartley booked for his protests. Dundee fire it wide. Sounds like we're well on top though. Edit: should say very poor from the ref, not McHugh.
-
Ah right, didn't realise that.

If Robinson gets banned it's an absolute joke. The whole thing was started by Pedro losing the rag and storming out his technical area into ours. At no point did Robbo leave his area to remonstrate with Pedro or the officials. Yes, there was a bit of a shouting match between the two managers but Pedro was quite clearly the instigator and far more animated/aggressive in his body language.

No reason to doubt you mate.l but I was convinced a saw a tweet earlier quoting 6k but now I can't find it. Finger crossed we do take 9,000. That would be an unbelievable effort considering our home attendance last season was generally 3,000-3,500.

Now I have no idea how many we'll take...in the interview with Carl McHugh just posted on YouTube, Lewis Irons says there'll be 'almost 10,000 Motherwell aupporters will have there tickets for the game'. Now beginning to doubt myself that I saw a tweet this morning, I'm losing the plot. Maybe the tweet was posted earlier in the week it something.
