  1. Ricky Foster for aberdeen scored a long range belter at Fir Park back in the Malpas era. Maybe not the best goal but when McDonald netted the first against celtic to cost them the title in 2005 I wont be forgetting the utter bedlam that ensued.
  2. I thought the whole draw process was different now to give smaller clubs a fighting chance to at least reach the group stages. There was a small club Apoel Nicosia if memory serves me correctly that not only got to the group stages but got into the final 32 only to be knocked out by Real Madrid. Always wanted to visit Bragas stadium after seeing it in euro 2004.
  3. Agreed. Traveled to Ibroke today had a feeling we were going to take all three points. My mate had txt me during game saying when Ojamma was clean thru he wasn't offside!!!.

    Kilmarnock

Humphrey for me too. Only player that looked to have any creative spark.
  5. Yeah I believe each stand has one turnstyle open till half time.
  6. Exactly, so on that note http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BgomX3qD-iA Apolgises if this has been posted earlier in the thread. Can't wait to hear this belting thru the Fir Park tannoy. Wonder if it will manage the high notes.
  7. I used to work beside former well player Ian Kennedy and he would chat about this game, he always told me he played a blinder and had Johan Cryuff in his back pocket all game. Obviously researching the issue I found out Ian wasn't even in the team that day lol, further more dont even think Cryuff was on the books at Ajax. Was a good story tho
  8. I would love that lol Randolph Hateley Hammell Carswell Jennings Law Humphrey Ojamaa Higdon Daley Murphy Did Jimmy Calderwood not adopt that formation briefly for Dunfermline a few years back? In all seriousness, will be interesting to see how our team will line up on saturday, hoping Craigans back, wouldn't be to confident with an inexperienced CB partnership.
  9. Randolph just edges it for me. That save early in 2nd half was great. Jennings and Humphrey get pass marks also.
  10. Stephen Hughes, Isaac Osbourne, Russell Anderson, Rob Milsom and Yoann Folly are def out injured, Fraser Fyvie faces a late fitness test and Gavin Rae is cuptied. Finding it hard not to be confident of winning this tie with the sheer amont of bodies they will have absent. Would love to give them a right battering but I'd take any sort of win. Hoping for a good atmosphere at the game. 2-0 'Well Ojamaa & Higdon.
  11. Can't see anything other than a 'Well win. 4-1 Higdon (2) & Ojamaa (2)

Went for Jennings, thought Lasley and Hateley had good games as well.

    Hearts

An Allround fantastic performance from the team but Ojamaa gets my vote. Had the Hearts defence keeching there drawers ever time he made a run.
  14. Hibs defence is an utter shambles just now. Same on Wednesday night please.

    Vs Hearts

That was magic today. Excellent performance from the side. Ojamma was different class, ripped the utter shite out of webster and McGowan.
  16. Yeah it's Monday at 2 on SSN i believe
  17. I wouldn't be surprised if they parked the bus, I saw the article in the sun, there managers was moaning because they got pumped off ICT 5-0 last year and he got stick for being to open. So expecting one of those games that every time the ball ends up near there goal it will be pumped right back up the park. I'm sure it will be tough tie but sure we will see it thru, 2-0 Ojamma x2 - Apparently Morton are bringing a good support today, hopefully makes for a better atmosphere.
  18. ^^This. I think Ojamaa and Murphy will run them ragged today. I'd take a boring 1-0 win but fancy we will win by a larger margin.
  19. Can't see us losing this game tbh, I'd take any kind of scoreline as long as we advance to the next round, would love another run in the cup this year.

    St Mirren

Went for Murphy that run in the first half was fantastic, shame Daley or Higdon didn't finish it off. Daley and Law also had a great game.

    Tannoys

Yeah I'm sure thats right. I dont know how many times in the past Ive been in the queue to get in the east stand and theres a tannoy attached to the cooper wall. Dunno how many times ive shat myself when its went off blazing.

    St Johnstone

Omar Daley for me. Great display today.
  23. Born in Lanark, Grew up in Coalburn, South Lanarkshire. Stayed there for 26 Years before moving to Motherwell last year.
  24. I remember Gunni Jonsson making his debut in that game, rotten player, he gave away the penalty at the end which cost us. But as stated before Leighton getting decked certainly made that defeat easier to swallow.
