Can someone answer this question? When a team gets a throw in, takes the throw in, the thrower, throws the ball directly out, not going over the line, it's not deemed a foul throw and the initial thrower gets to retake the throw in again? Craig Thompson is supposed to be one of our countries top referees, reffed at international level indeed! He showed just why our league is the laughing stock of europe. Inept, clueless, ineffectual, dumb, overpaid, paid off? And no i'm not talking about our rubbish performanced today. Craig Thompson=fucking cheat!!!

Recently my wife was organising a raffle for charity for the Neo-natal unit up at Wishaw General and she contacted the club to see if they could arrange for any sort of donation to include in the raffle. After not hearing from the club she was a bit dissappointed not to have recieved any reply (In the meantime she had managed to get a signed Celtic and Hibs tops, tours of Ibrox, Parkhead and Hampden and even tickets for an Airdrie game!), so she sent an e-mail to Ms Dempster about the lack of response and was personnally phoned by Ms Dempster apologising for any lack of communication and could she come down to club as she'd arranged a couple of things for my wife to include in the raffle. The 'things' included a signed (by whole team) current Puma home top, 2 Goalie tops from the last two seasons signed by the keepers (Artur Krysik? and that young Polish boy) 2 match tickets for Well V St Mirren a couple of weeks ago, 5 1991 cup final programmes and a bottle of whiskey! I was very impressed that a) Ms Dempster had phoned personnally and b) the great haul of prizes she managed to give my wife for the raffle. All in all my wife has raised over £1000 for the baby unit, so maybe complaining sometimes works.

I was asking because in the last draw there was a specific pot of teams we could have faced from different countries. I'm being optimistic because if we get through I'm going.

Thats why I'm asking what kind of teams we could be facing. From a financial (and logistical) point of view, somewhere like Liverpool would be ideal. But I would still like to see what kind of prices I could be looking at if we travel outside Scandanavia.

No where near as many as Smith. Smith probably ranks about the same as Stevie Woods in mistakes made and crosses flapped at.

Teams playing against us are using the tactic of getting a man sent off because they know we can't play against 10 men. It's getting frustraiting because it's been happening, not only for the last 4 games, but the last 25 years I've been a well fan. Felt like a loss today.

I'd have Quinn back in a heartbeat. Not the quickest player in the world but at least he could defend. and put in a decent cross. moutakil is quite possibly the worst right back i've seen in my time as a well supporter (and i've witnessed Rab Shannon) (and Alan Sneddon)

Critic of the game...... Ruddy. Nothing to do. It's good to hear a goalie that doesn't sound like his voice is breaking. Hutch. Subs did well when they came on, nice cameo by Keith. Altogether happy with the result, but we cannot play against 10 men. We seem to think that when our opposition go a man down that we should stop playing, we're on easy street if you will. The 10 minutes after the sending off we were dreadful, letting farts attack us from all angles and giving the ball up too easy. We played better when the assistant ref? put up 7 minutesinjury time. (Totally justified, 6 subs, 2/3 lengthy injuries) but I still felt they could have got a lucky equiliser. Ref wasted the game in my opinion. Liked the sound of his whistle.
