  1. The music played in that clip is from "Can't Take My Eyes Off Of You" by Andy Williams/ Frankie Valli/ a hundred others. It's also the tune for the "Marky Reynolds" song. LINK
  2. Prokofiev's "Dance of the Knights" from his ballet "Romeo and Juliet". LINK
  3. Jim McCabe was my maw's favourite.
  4. I always find this hard to narrow it down to just a single player. Gahagan, O'Neill, Arnott, Cooper, Russell, Nijholt, O'Donnell and McFadden are some who instantly spring to mind. There will be others if I actually stopped to think about it. I'm not fortunate enough to be able to say I saw the likes of Wark, Pettigrew, Graham, etc in the flesh. That said, the player I always settle on is the man who showed us that even clumsy big awkward fuggers can be club greats.... Stevie Kirk. In my eyes, he's a legend.

    Jim O'brien

TBH I think Gyp O'Brien is very similar to MMMMMMcGarry, a lot of effort for little reward.

It was. Buzz saved Rooney's penalty kick but it went up in the air and Rooney (he'd followed it in like he should do) leapt to head it home (because the defence hadn't followed it in like they should do).
  7. Clarkson for me. Ports got the goals but Clarky never halted, put himself about, was in about everything and injected life into what has been a lacklustre attack.

First off, a vital three points and very welcome they are too. What a difference it makes when we play the ball on the deck. I was pleased when I heard Craigan and Clarkson's names as the team was read out, I felt heartened by that and IMO both players went on to make a big difference today. Though they're not the only ones who put in a good shift today, pretty much the full team did and it showed, it really should have been a more comfortable win than the score-line reflects. Disappointed to concede two goals to that lot though, there was never two goals in that ICT side, admittedly they were gifted the second by an out-and-out fuckwit of a ref.

    Bring Back

    Bring back the terracing.
  10. The rammy during should be heard at the Airdrie v Morton game. If that's what they want, let's give them it. Let's take the roof off the place.
  11. Give the Cooper back to the 'Well fans and you've got my vote. Also, if you could waive the shirt sponsor for a year or two, that's be good.
  12. I think it means he's on 5 strikes.
  13. It was Off The Ball's Sunday Supplement that Craggs was on.

    Accies On Saturday

I said that in a post after the Hibs game and I still believe that to be the case.
  15. I don't usually get to hear the show but we were very quiet at work today, so I managed to get a listen. It was a good laugh throughout, I enjoyed it (probably because it was mostly Motherwell). I'll try to tune in next week. Stunned he fell for it though.

    Accies On Saturday

I have a bad feeling about this. 1-0 Accies.
  17. I've said it before and I'll say it again (and again and again, etc), the most recent of which was... It'd suit us nicely and it'd save the stewards a whole lot of hassle. While we're at it, this applies/sums it up for me...

  19. When did you stop using old jokes? That one's better.
  20. Aye but Craggs might. (Live on the tranny as well )
  21. Does he think the pitch problems could be rectified with the introduction of a brafur?
  22. Sports Cafe in Piccadilly Circus. I watched the 'Well v Rangers game (1-1) at the tail end of last season in there. Hunners of tellys, it's bound to be on one of them, if it's not just ask and they'll put it on.
