Lush sand!
-
Thats a bit OTT WUFI. Killie had the opportunity to (attempt to) get a crowd in and they've chosen not to take it. It's not a scandal - they're only the same as all the rest - including us.
-
All the clubs outwith the Old Firm really need to get their act together, Us (obviously) included. It's like turkeys voting for Christmas! They won't be happy till the game's deid. They need to get together as soon as and get pricing / reciprocal agreements sorted out. Deals for reduced admission prices for away season ticket holders etc. I mean IMO I think its better that there's a decent away support in - charge their ST holders a £10 and let our ST holders get in for the same amount. Even for the non ST holders - If yer a well fan who turns up to see Well v Killie at Fir Park - You get a voucher that lets you in to the corresponding fixture down there for a tenner. that type of thing! Is it that difficult to come up with SOMETHING??
-
I get your sentiment - but it's just not reality though. is it?
-
I actually think heavy rain would be one of the few things that would help it as it would dampen down the sand. I think we're in the clear now wrt the fine - but I get a red neck when I see it on the telly - I just wonder how the board of MFC feel???
-
If them two said it - it must be right! I'm still no' convinced tho'
-
As far as I understood it - a club can charge anything they like for each individual stand - so Killie are probably in the clear here. They cant however charge segregated fans in the same section / stand different prices. They're encouraging us to stay away I think.

Some would argue it's no' ALDI he should be getting his arse down to . . . .
-
The park's a disgrace. If you compare Easter Road on Satutrday to Fir Park - you have to ask some serious questions. Their coup was almost as bad as ours 6 weeks ago - but look at the comparison on Saturday. Well done to the Hibs board and groundstaff for turning that round. (as far as I recall they have 3 x 2 tier stands round their pitch too)

The reason I believe Clarkson is jaded - and don't think it's a conspiracy theory is . . . . he actually said it himself in a couple of interviews over the weekend. I don't believe McGhee is doing anybody other than MFC a favour by playing Sheridan. I think he'll play any of the 4 decent strikers he has at his disposal based on a) how they're playing, b) how they're applying thereselves in training, c) their general fitness. And I think he'll mix and match depending on the factors I've mentiond and who the opposition are. I think Sutton has sharpened himself up over the past few weeks and think that the he CAN play alongside Sheridan (compared to Porter - where it just didn't work) - and Clarky has run himself into the ground. He was getting back into that way of moaning at everyone else around him if a move broke down or he lost posession even though he was still playing relatively well. A wee break for him might be a masterstroke. As for Sheridan - I don't care if he's a loan signing and I don't care where he's from. Loan signings will be the way we go more and more over the next few seasons and if the gaffer brings anyone in it will be to take advantage of that players talent and get the points on the board for MFC - not to develop another teams talent. Unfortunately we're there to get points on the board and qualify for Europe NOT, 'bringing boys on' - if Murphy isn't playing well enough to be in the first team then Sheridan needs to be in front of him on the team sheet. I don't see anybody moaning about Klimpl keeping Lasley out the team? it's the same scenario.
-
It was shown on the Sutton interview earlier in the week. You'll be very very surprised. . . . . . But not in a good way
-
Saw the pitch on the telly the other night. I looks worse!!! As if the Irish 'Riverdance with Tackity Boots and Golf Shoes' Champions had been using it for practice. 3-0 Well - Sheridan, Sutton & Clarkson
-
Just looked at that a couple of times there Milo. The club seem to be giving the big lump the benefit of the doubt. But I'm with you - I think it's a poor challenge.
-
Thinking back to the really positive threads when he first came into the team. One or two (or more??) on here wanted him (quite vocally) on the first boat back to 'Midgieland' (which I take it is just south of Fort William) He was shite apparently - would never add anything to our team. Mon the Klimpl!
-
Now there's someone with faith in the club
-
Its becoming the norm innit? What's the best way to maximise attendances? Put obstacles in the way of the paying public. Why this can't be pay-at-the-gate is probably even beyond somebody as thick as Hugh Keevins.

I don't think that'll be possible because ye never see claret and amber in these brochures. last time we did that tho was the Adidas disaster in the early 80's
-
Maybe someone at Motherwell designed it and we asked Canterbury to make it So it might end up nothing like that
-
Either that or they could be smart and stick them in a cupboard for 10yrs and sell them at £35 a pop as 'Authentic Retro' in 10 years time.
-
Looks like that big fud Rhydian from X-Factor has signed for Hearts U19s in the preceding story as well
-
that made me laugh mate. Some mullet right enough!
-
Just read in the record that the big fella is back training and has his first reserve game under his belt (or pending? canny mind) Just in time for the big euro push again!

There's only about 20 other MF threads you could have posted a comment onto, including one right at the top of the page. Sounds like when school breaks for lunch you just fire up yer pooter, crack open yer dairylee dunkers and just come on here and fire spurious nonsense that's been keeping you off your lessons all morning.

What do you mean, Ice? Nothing's wrong - things are always right for me. Might be letting your wind up merchant guard slip a bit - fi you've got opinions of different posters
