  1. What I loved as a well fan was watching Steve Davis or Vladimir Weiss tearing our underpaid duds to shreds or big Jelavic battering a few in or Big Gordon Marshall picking 5 out the onion bag in a league cup final. Fuckin love that shit
  2. Looking forward to next weeks installment when we find out that Tinto is identical to Mount Everest and shoplifting a mars bar is just the same as 20 years of prolific serial killing.
  3. Steelboy doesn't do walking away
  4. And clubs will be able to break any rule they wish from here on in
  5. Boycott is the wrong word Andy A lot of guys I used t see at games don't go any more because their view has changed about what they spend their money on and how they view the club - they haven't 'boycotted' I'm pretty sure if theings pan out like they could folk would just change their view on football as a whole - it isn't a 'boycott'. It's just viewing top level football differently and dare I say it 'walking away' A boycott is taking a stance to effect a response from a target (i.e.the club(s)) What will happen with this situation is that if a particular situation transpires then it will just drive people away. Some folk are just waiting to see how it pans out
  6. Whilst it would be highly improbable that McFadden would come back at this point in time. Maybe ever. 'We' (MJC included) need to understand right now that the fella 1) Hasny kicked a ball for the best part of a year and a half 2) He may need to make a short term move to get himself back on the radar (his short spell at the Toffees won't have alerted many top flight clubs even though he's back to fitness of sorts) 3) His much quoted wages right now are £0 per annum - what he earned in the past is irrelevant - he'll only get "his wages" if he manages to get an EPL deal. - like I say - he'll have to take a short term dip to get the longer term deal. So who knows what will happen. If he can't get a deal with a suitable EPL or Championship club would he take a 6 month hit on wages at an unfashionable club to get himself back out there?
  7. They'll make a movie about it if he does
  8. I don't think James McFadden will come back today
  9. Abandon hope all ye who enter here
  10. But surely if you've been using cash converters the club should do the decent thing?
  11. Plus anybody that's got a receipt for buyin a banjo out of cash converters
  12. Folk who have season tickets AND well society membership should get tickets 5 days before any other c**t. They're by far the best fans
  13. Because Hollis would be our one and only keeper
  14. Has anyone alerted the Samaritans about the possibility of wee sexy legs joining the Jambos. Will be meltdown on here.
  15. A few of these guys will be tempted by a wee cash boost at the business end of their careers
  16. You would hope to turn occasional attendees into more frequent PATG punters and in a Champions League qualifying year turn some regular PATG guys and gals into ST holders as well as retaining the existing ST holders Every one of them is surely as welcome in the eyes of the club. ST holders provide a stable predictable portion of income, hence priority on tickets etc. But we're all as valuable. Still hanging fire on renewal maself though until the clubs stance on the bears is made public
