Didn't do much wrong today at all sieb.

Some of the passing was top notch, including the lead up to the goal.

Good workout today. A step up through the gears on Wednesday's game as well. One of the better pre-season games of recent times. Law looks great, Murphy looks sharp. Couple of players look like they need to sharpen the tools over the first few weeks but overall I think we're in as good a shape as we can be given the resources at our disposal. A couple of the fringe players look like there willing to get in about it so add to that a couple of loanees and one more bona fide signing and we're off and running to see what the new season brings. Even though a few had a right good go at it, given what he's got at his disposal McCall's done as well as he can to give us the best chance possible in improving on last season

btw some chat on one of the strip threads about how good the Arsenal 125 badge is compared to ours. Had a look at it yesterday in the flesh - they might have flung their design department at it and come up with a natty emblem. But it's the cheapest looking transferred on shite you're ever likely to see. A huge let down for anyone who was looking for something a wee bit special.

There are pretty logical explanations to this - I spoke to Alan in the club shop last week. But on here we all make assumtions about how things happen and what timescales are without knowing what the reality actually is. Is there a pipeline at Puma? How does the pipeline work? Are we having the logo added in the factory or will we be adding it in the shop? What impact does being late® with approved sponsor artwork make on timescales? All things none of us here really know.

I think the previous poster might be near the mark. There's no dark arts at work.

To the folks that are having wee problems or are maybe a bit apprehensive about where their order / ticket is - I'd advocate keeping in touch with the ticket office to keep things moving in the right direction. Won't go into details on here - as I believe by and large they do a great job - however had one or two wee things needing ironed out this year wrt to our usual season ticket seats.
