  1. Here's hoping that the old c***s get the sack in the morning. I wonder how much of a bonus they'll go after Aberdeen for?
  2. A collaboration between the club and its teamwear partner bringing in a supporter (who posts countless great designs on here) to design one of what I presume will be a number of products to allow us to commemorate 125 years of the well (if we want to buy it) Tell ye whit, folk have gone to the electric chair for less. I really don't know why they bother.
  3. I expect some well fans will buy it. PSL through experience of launching these products will expect there will be a certain demand for it. There's no obligation or intention to twist peoples arm to part with cash against your will. If you don't like the top keep yer pennies in yer pocket and refuse to buy it. If you don't like eastenders switch off yer telly. It really is as simple as that.
  4. Their form / approach in the run in reminds me of us in 91
  5. Stoke showed these charlatans how to do it today vs Arsenal
  6. I think it's time to stop fuckin about and start getting ourselves fired.up for a cup final.
  7. Utd will run riot if our attitude is wrong.
  8. A bit vague that sir. Needs to be more transparency and dialogue than there currently is. And if there is info we need to know before more season books are renewed then let's be having it
  9. I've got a few problems with this. One being the timing / sequence of events. I believe no matter what format it was in the fans survey should have been published before this statement. My own expectation is that the survey will be at odds with the boards view. That's nothing to do with my personal view just my assessment of what the consensus on here was. This means that Weir can make the statement without having to refer to the findings of his own clubs supporters views and leaves the club open to the criticism that fans views have been either suppressed or disregarded. More importantly for me it's disappointing that the statement is all about how we are driven by our own situation, even asking for time to get ourselves sorted out at board level first. Whilst I know the club needs to survive. I'd be more impressed if the statement screamed 'for the good of the game in Scotland', 'what the fans want', 'tv can't dictate' somewhere. Instead of smacking purely of self preservation. I wish the diddy teams had courage.
  10. I don't have a go at everything that comes out of the Chapman building. I'm supportive of virtually all things MFC. One thing that I do comment on is the number of times that we promise something then fail to deliver in a communication sense. Both club officials and the advisory cttee committed to providing results against the backdrop of quite considerable opposition on here, in the main, to the reconstruction proposals put forward by the steering committee of which we were part. With specific timescales. Some people put forward good arguments for going with 10 however they I believe were in the minority. The club as a business are currently taking advantage of the feelgood factor and cleverly taking advantage of the cup final to push season books. All good stuff. However no matter what happens on the 21st we will be back to bread and butter in a few months time. With the honeymoon over and the cup in the bag maybe one or two will be feeling a bit deflated that we're heading for anti football central with our own board shelling coal on the fire. I sincerely hope that's well rounded enough. And would challenge you to list the initiatives I've criticised. I can assure you i could point you to a good few I'm supporting or understanding of. I can't for the life of me see why our club would benefit from a 10 team league. It's not that outrageous to have this view and be a tad suspicious when bad news is buried under good news.
  11. Derek Weir can bite ma shite. So the fans survey then Derek?
  12. I'm deeply offended - I'll have you know I'm Estonian and my brother is Romanian! True about the rivers of pish thou - that bits on the money.
  13. Good interview with serial shagger Stephen Thompson of Dundee Utd who seems to conveying that his board are in broad disagreement with the move to top 10 and agree with many concerns put forward by supporters (Non armchair variety) re kick off times match scheduling etc. Got me thinking that we heard a while back that our board were considering their position / forming a view / consulting with supporters etc. Anyone know where we are with that? I certainly haven't read anything we've had further meetings at Hampden with another planned in a week or two. We must have contributed to these discussions / be preparing for the next. What's our stance? Anyway I'm with Thompson on the majority of his views and admire the fact that he has the balls to regularly stand his ground.
  14. I reckon that the ballot will become a bit problematic given that many registered will now have tickets from the ST sale and had entered the ballot as an insurance policy. Will folk who have been sorted this week decline the tickets if they get the call? Will the 'unlikely' public sale following the ballot turn out to be very likely indeed?
  15. No, I wasn't at all. The guy who's name is on the business that you have slated for the best part of 2 years kindly offered to explain the background of your latest gripe face to face and you weasled out of it in a pretty pathetic manner. Maybe 'shat it's was a bit strong, but hopefully you get the drift. You don't deserve the courtesy being extended to you
  16. Every single item brought to you by PSL, who you denounce on here at every opportunity. What was your retort when you were complimented on your whiskey t-shirt? You were just wearing it. It was they useless c***s in PSL that designed, had it manufactured it and sent it to you for what you must have thought was an acceptable price, was it not?
  17. I can understand your view that it's similar to the retro top and I'm sure the world can handle your view that it's not a bold depaqrture. Can't see the justification in you being 'pissed' though Lip
  18. We should have a collection outside Hampden for the poor c***s. They're obviously desperate
