  1. If it's not 50 / 50 it will be. They'll have all the way down the touchline and the traditional Celtic end. (because they get that no matter who they play) Down the touchline is the closest to being 'on top of the play' as you get at Hampden - so again another unfair advantage is handed to the tic. If we only get 16K we should kindly request that we get the same sections as we got for the semi - filling in the gaps. The 'extra tickets they get for their stragglers should be over in the far corner.
  2. The point is though that it should be a default convention on tickets irrelevant of who has qualified. The size of the regular support is not important. Man City have a bigger capacity than Stoke. Will they get less tickets for the final? No it'll be 50 / 50 - what about Portsmouth last year? Giving them more tickets because they are a bigger team only perpetuates the imbalance. These two fuckers are big because of the religious divide. They expect more revenue than the rest in general due to it (TV etc) and they expect more tickets at Hampden due to it. Vocal support is a factor in the motivation of the teams ina game. We should get 50% allocation (initially) because we earned it. They don't deserve 60 / 70% because they're the big Glasgow tim club (likewise with if it were the big Glasgow h*n club). You get to a final - you get half the gate to start with. They're players didn't play 50% better than our guys and they earned exactly the same prize - a place in the final. They deserve the opportunity to have the same amount of supporters if that's possible to do.
  3. I understand the point your making ON40Y - but one of the perks of reaching a national final must be to have a crack at selling half the tickets. MFC have earned that on the field of play. That's tough on the shitstenchers but there ye go! If we dont sell them all we can send the middle section back.
  4. They'll be used to going to a ballot for most cup finals as it's usually their unwashed brother that they're playing. Of course it's difficult on an ST holder not to get a ticket - but just like it is every year in England whether it's Portsmouth, Stoke, Birmingham - whoever. You get 50% as a default position from the FA. If you don't sell them then you can sen sections back to be offered to your opponents. But you should be given the courtesy as an equal party in the cup final event - someone who qualified via the same route as your opponent to sell 50% of the tickets to whoever the fuck you want. If that's tough on the great unwashed - fuck 'em I'm still of the opinion that 16K / 18K will be our tipping point rite enough. But MFC should be given the chance to market half of the allocation as a reward for their teams achievement - which is equal to the achievement of their opponents, no matter who they are.
  5. The 16000 figure being reported in one or two of the papers this morning.
  6. Exactly the same way as they split it 50/50 for an OF Final (and the St J Semi when you think about it). Literally right down the middle.
  7. FFS. Even if most season ticket holders take 4 - that'll be about half the tickets away and they'll by and large go to 'well fans. Like they always have done. Like for euro trips and for cup games. I can't see the situation where a die hard well fan won't get a ticket for this game. if yer a die hard well fan who doesn't get a ticket then you'll no have been trying hard enough.
  8. Loads of loose threads in that statement. Still think its an elaborate set up for 18000 alleged tickets.
  9. This sounds like a low allocation to me.
  10. It would have been good to stop and have a candle-lit vigil for SPL football at New Douglas (Half a) Park.
  11. Ssssssuuuuuuuttttttttoooooooooonnnnnnnnnnn!!!!!!!
  12. The key phrase in the next week or two will be "how many tickets do you want sir / madam" Everybody batter in - the more the merrier
  13. Banters banter mate. However - if you come out with patter like that to me again I'll find you and kick your fucking c**t in. That's no joke
  14. Remember the time it was in their hands on the last day of the season @ Dens? Remember the time they were clear out in front and they sacked Burley? Remember the time they signed Kevin Kyle? Fuckin Comedy Gold that team
  15. Haha we know. Fuckin brilliant innit? What about you're pile of shite ? Lets look up 'underachievers' in the dictionary
  16. Don't let facts get in the way of a good 'inside story' tho.
  17. It wasn't clear from your post - that's why I asked the question. No need for the 'muppet' pish
  18. Is Fred Perry still orrite? I've got a couple of them I could wear. let us know innit wicked
  19. Can't wait also for the Randolph to Celtic, Jennings to Celtic, Murphy to Celtic & Sutton to Celtic type stories to start breaking to unsettle us
  20. I don't think anybody is saying that. We don't do it week in week out and we don't do it when they come to town - so why should we make a c**t of ourselves on Scottish cup final day by reacting to these scumbags?
  21. I was more referring to the 'standard' version
  22. Do you 'get it' though. Suspecting the SAS hit squad reference went over your head. We don't need to bring any reference to 'the troubles' to our door. if we do we're as bad as any of the gruesome twosome. Like I said before - Get this pish to fuck!
