  1. He might not have completely shat in the nest - but lets face it there been a bit of a splattered fart over the past 24hrs. Hopefully enough of a smell to get Boyle to spring into action.
  2. I cringe at some of the pish he rambles
  3. Folk need to get real and get real quick. I'm sure Boyle as always will get himself into action quickly if this arises - but it looks like it's coming round again. In fact it might be time to start looking - because if we thought the two kind old men were gonna trundle along until there were handshakes and teary mutiual goodbyes we might be mistaken. This place will be funny as fuck if they do go!
  4. If I were Boyle - i'd sound out John collins - i'm with airfinz - I think he'd make a good manager at the ark
  5. Well as the day progresses and the quotes and updated stories come tumbling out - it looks more 'perceptive' and 'informed' than dour faced nuggetry to me.
  6. That's seriously, seriously naive. Like has already been mentioned - if there was zero chance of them going they would have politely declined, like the smashing wee gentlemen they are. If there was no issues at Fir Park then they wouldn't have gone at all. However within 30 seconds of meeting Aberdeen they make a statement about not taking the Dons offer and urging Boyle to loosen the purse strings at Fir Park More shrewd operator than nice old gentleman if you pardon my cynicism. (Although, on this occasion it has worked to MFCs favour) This time round they've taken the opportunity to send a 'nice gentlemanly' message to our board. Next time round with money in a clubs transfer kitty it might be a bit more appealling to the nice wee adventurers and the message to the board could be cheerio
  7. I think the main difference is that it's conventional wisdom to think one way about one lot and think another way about the others. Like I've said many many times - there's more to the wee man than the gentlemanly exterior - including the landing of the post at FP
  8. So Gannon and McGhee go talk to other clubs - they're hoorin' wankers Brown and Knox do it - they're legends Aye very good
  9. Never count anything out - unlikely in my eyes - but hey ye never know
  10. Picture the scene - yer regular SteelmenOnline keyboard thumper doon the gym on a treadmill - in comes billy big baws wi the fancy trainers, the muscles and the fancy keep fit gear. Intae reception wi steam comin oot his ears "Right you doll, ya fud - I'm a local billy big baws hawf marathon runner - goan in there and get they fuckin plebs aff the treadmills - cos I'm local billy big baws marathon runner and when I turn up get these fat fuckers tae fuck so i can have a wee jog any time I like" Aye no problem billy big baws I'll go and eject the fatsos" Aye right - get a grip folks
  11. Ooooooooooh sounds like some inside info. Polomint Dosser indicated on the McGoo thread that the situation with him wasn't as clean cut as we're giving him stick for. I can accept that that was probably true However he's got a gid scotch tongue in his heid - let's hope if he makes his way back he can find it this time round. Because regardless of the reality of his departure us fickle football fans will fill in the gaps in the info unless someone puts us straight.
  12. Aye - I'd be chuffed if I'd booked the pitches and Billy Big Baws FC turned up and asked the management to evict me so that they could have a kick aboot. Yeah - we should have use of the facilities. However we're not above having to manage the situation, plan ahead and book them. I'm with NLL on this one. They should be managing the facility and giving all customers the required level of support
  13. 1 Totally agree - gets on my thruppenies 2 Easier for Sun readers
  14. I hope the wee man wears body armour. It was at this event last year that the servin' manager got knifed

The Guy's on letting folk know that they can get stuff shipped for nowt. 2 home games snuffed out already in the run up to Xmas being his busy period. things being tough enough like!
  16. Why would they not? . . . . . . .
  17. Aye but he no' speak from experience
