  1. fishing? Thats in Compost Corner --》Other Sports! Two bites I see thou...kudos
  2. Think you've jumped into a conversation between me and Orinoco. My comment was in no way related to yours...
  3. Agree with you on that. I was less on the boards during.our good years due to the absolute doom merchants. Yeah, it aint over yet. But given current track record of pressure games, fear a mauling over two legs. We lack the hunger of the first division teams. Hope to fuck I'm wrong.
  4. Stevie Hammell. Not for today, but because he's the only one of the senior players who hasn't been fucking tragic all year long.
  5. I will support us whatever league and dont expect us to win. Just expect a bit of effort and desire from the players and a compotent manager in charge. Evwryone makes mistakes, but this season has been beyond poor and last few games have been shocking. Just proving my point of moral high ground with your comment to be fair. A whole "we got beat, its a bit shit but hey, we will get over it". Fair play of thats yoir outlook, just don't get on a folk who are clearly pissed at the way we have capitulated this year!
  6. I'd normally agree that this place can be far too negative at times, but think your miles off. If you can find a positive right you must be on the funny pills. Even if a miracle happens and we win the play-off, the fact we are in this situation having finished 2nd last year is an absolute farce. Two finals left??? The last 7/8games has been called "must win" and we utterly bottled it. No chance in play-off for me. If you want to criticise folk for venting at yet another drivel performance, fair enough. Just don't some moral high ground while doing it!
  7. I think everyone involved in the appointment of Barraclough has to hold their hands up to the absolute disaster he has been. We needed an experienced head, and his appointment has spectacularly back fired to the point where I have zero faith we can take anything from play-off. And by everyone I do include Burrows, who its clearly reported had a role. Sorry if folk dont like it cause he is one of us, but he has to be held accountable where applicable. I'm still so enraged that we are in this position. Lost so much respect for so many of our players, and would quite happily see all of them released in favour of playing our U21's who may actually show a bit desire.
  8. We've said that a hell of a lot this season which is why we are where we are.
  9. The way we are playing expect a mauling from whoever we face. To all the absolute bottlers that were here last year when we finished 2nd, dont let the door hit on the arse on your way out! And as for Barraclough, total imposter! Put positive spin on this ya banger?!
  10. Play-offs it is!! Hope every one of they bottlers in the dressing room is proud of themselves!!
  11. As it stands we are in 11th with a game to spare! Need a goal now!! Disgrace that yet again we are lacking any fight or urgency of a team in our predicament.
  12. Should have been out on his arse once we kicked off a season (2years ago!!!) without a sponsor, and this news will keep him in it even though its like receiving a plaster for having all your limbs blown off. Inept fool!
  13. Just finished listening there, another good listen. While I really enjoy when guest are on and changing up the topics of discussion, was good to hear more in depth chat on our current situation. Completely agree with what Jay was saying regarding this "negative mentality". I still for the life of me can't comprehend what has happened to take us from 2nd to 2nd bottom with roughly the same squad as last year?! It's embarrassing and clearly points to an issue with the players confidence. However, do think Barraclough has more than the 20% blame to answer for as he has not helped himself with a few poor signings, strange tactical decisions and a perceived lack of the required ruthlessness required to give the under performing players the proper kick up the arse they require. I do agree that we are fitter and more creative, but counts for little with the levels of inconsistency and lack of cutting edge.
  14. I agree with your logic behind it, and its a nice way to highlight the positive year our U20's have had. Think because it's a player who has made some first team appearances causes confusion with some. Stevie Hammell would be my POTY cause he's been consistently better than the rest
  15. Finally got the chance to listen to Twads podcast and great to hear he has a lot of good things to say about the club. Although he did tend to waffle a bit, really enjoyed listening to it.
  16. For me, we need to get a result in play-offs as if we go down fear we will be there for a good few years. Tough ask though as with our current form we'd do well to be in top 5 of championship.
  17. Last few times we've had a decent crowd we have utterly shat it, so I think tickets should be £50/£100!!
  18. His post match comments on Beeb website: "I'm frustrated that we have created more chances and better chances, and to come away without scoring is amazing for me. We just weren't clinical enough. "We created good chances, there were six or seven at least that I counted, we hit the woodwork a couple of times and their keeper has pulled off a couple of good saves from one-on-ones. That has cost us. "Their two goals have come from positions of good possession, we have given it away cheaply, they have broken and been clinical. There's the difference. "We still have to believe we can bridge the gap." Rabbit lost in the headlights. Times up.
  19. Never jumped on this band wagon...until now! a total imposter. Times up. Get rid
  20. Play off it is then. Made worse that its the wee team accross the water that have sealed our fate!! With what is at stake, the recent form of Accies this is an absolute EMBAREMBARASSMENT!!!
  21. Used to go with a group of 6 (always a nightmare in the car) who were all season ticket holders. A couple more would tag along every now and then. None of us go regularly now due to work, health, cost and we have moved away from the area, although if one of us is going we always call the rest to see if they are up for it.
  22. Just caught latest one, another good listen and good to here from Yabba's Turd re the forums. Think the potential you have got with this is massive and could really evolve as time goes by. If you play it right, the best podcast you do could be the post season stuff. Really looking forward to Twaddle's one, hope we get to hear his take on the whole Boyle/administration situation.
  23. This. Especially when its a local(ish) game, such as Hamilton, Kilmarnock, St.Mirren, etc.
  24. The 2nd my birthday....and 3pts against County will make it a really special day. Still think we can win all these games.
