think he needs to have people round about him who will ask questions and not just agree, and maybe a coach that can get the team fit for a change, On the subject of Ainsworth his fitness was not in question last season so why is it now, and if he's not fit why is he there , does anyone measure their fitness ???

I think Las in the last few years has been a stalwart going forward but his defensive duties make me cringe every time he's near our box he's liable to make a rash tackle, pull the opponent back or now handball. He's not going to change his style now he always acts with the best of intentions as a Motherwell man, but I think its now time to look at other options. As for Faddy to Partick I wish him all the best he always tried his heart out for the Well but after being played out of potion for most of last season its hardly any wonder people were disappointed with him.

I would agree he's had good parts of games I don't remember ever coming away from a game saying he had a great game. When he plays its like a nightmare scenario for Hammy because if ZFA doesn't know what he's about to do no one else will. Certainly the worst player I have seen at Fir Park in many a year

I'm sorry I must have missed the game where Hately never hides ,if and when things go wrong down his wing you see him pointing to opposition players and telling all his team mates they should be picking them up ,this is fine for communication but it usually means he is picking no one up.

I totaly agree with your assessment of Hatel, itys surely time for him to warm the bench for a while and give hopefuly give a trier a chance.As regards Higgy its obvious especially opposition managers that the majority of play has got to go through him, this is not his fault whlie I would not criticise his effort on Tuesday I would criticise his application.The game was crying out for someone to knock it over the top as Aberdeen were playing a very higfh line,but no evrything had to go to Higgy.After the game our manager singled out Mark Reynolds for praise but as he was the one playing directly against Higgy should he not have changed it,no that would mean a plan B . So in conclusion as long as we are playing 80s football its going to get harder as the season goes on.,maybe freshening up the coaching staff would help asfresh input to McCall might help.
