  1. just watching some of his vids just now. Jamie Dolan Day was fucking brilliant and how fucking good was TC?
  2. Tremendous stuff, showed it to the wean as well and he loved it.
  3. You running a bus again if we make it
  4. that good I said it twice
  5. higgy for me anaw. fucking dynamite
  6. Got a centre-half fae Everton (cannae mind his name) and a centre-forward fae Hibs (McGachie) as well, both signed when they were released by their clubs. Add in Saunders, Hutchison, Page as well, who were all signed to play for our youths but have progressed to the 1st team.
  7. Motherwell is obviously the dominant town within our support with 28% of the poll saying they are from the 'well originally, and 20% saying that they currently stay in the town but there is a real spread right across Lanarkshire and central belt but as was stated way back at the start of the thread you will probably find that a lot of the regular Steelmen Onliners are from outwith Motherwell as its a way for them to keep in touch with what is happening around the Club and indeed the town.
  8. Wakey, wakey!!!!! Dazzer is agreeing with you
  9. Spot on........out of all the folk I attend matches regularly with, I'm the only sad case that posts on here on a regular basis. Probably need to get a life to be honest
  10. 9.30am sounds about right, I think ultra early kick-offs on a Saturday could be the way forward, that way we could all hit the boozer just shortly after opening time, or even head to watch our English team if they were playing in a reasonably accessible area of Northern England.
  11. Any scout sent to watch him on Friday would have left after 10mins. The only downside with seeing Humphrey leave is that it would mean an extended run in the team for Daley. Last season he was terrifying defenders with his pace, this season they have all sussed him out.
  12. we'll see from the wee poll I've stuck up, although it will be far from conclusive
  13. Overspill from another thread and possibly from the Kenny Shiels thread to, but its something I've always been interested in and not being from Motherwell myself I'm keen to know what percentage of our support is originally from Motherwell and what percentage of our support currently resides within the town itself.
  14. The vast majority fo our fanbase will come from Motherwell, I have nae doubt in my mind about that.
  15. Wish they had it on Saturday against United, you could have asked to go head-to-head with Johnny Russell
  16. You a mind-reader? Thats what I was just about to post, although I'd add that Law and Murphy could be played as the two wide men if the narrow game wasnt working!!
  17. I think Law has been poor for a few weeks now
  18. Fucking baltic I was watching that.... Horrendous conditions to play a football match in and it says it all that the bounce game between Hivs and Paisley Saints on the next pitch was called off just before kick-off. Lee Erwin led the line well, and this was easily the best I've seen him play this season, we seemed to be a wee bit short on numbers in midfield at times but as mentioned above it was admirable that they stuck to the task against a decent Hibs side, although I cant say any of their boys stuck out particularly. Downside for me was the three goals that were lost as I felt they were all avoidable and thats been a bit of a trademark this season. p.s. the facility Hivs have at Tranent is top fucking notch
  19. Isnt what I had in mind but fair play to those involved for getting a lasting tribute to POD
  20. Oh aye, we could be looking at a fortune for Jenno, what with 6months of his contract to go and the gambling affair hanging over him. There arent many things that are certain in life but I think you'll find that its close as you can get to certain that the Scouser will be with us until the Summer at least. Cannae believe I actually fucking responded
  21. Possibly on the 'off-chance' that some of our current squad may leave in January?
  22. I dont want to be negative on what should be a positive thread but I cant quite get my head around this. I was against the Friday Night Football idea, for various reasons but as it was going ahead anyway I was keen to seen how the experiment would work, and would the attendance actually increase. Now they go and (very heavily) incentiveise this match, rendering the experiment null and void. I'm all for making fitba' cheaper and more appealing but why couldnt we have just left this match for teh Saturday and ran with the same incentives??
