    Co-op Draw

Yer in luck Neil, its wonderful Quite pleased with the draw anyway, hopefully they can keep up there poor form.
  2. Don't if he originially resided in Bellshill but he's from Viewpark nowadays, one of the few Well fans. Know him from coming into the shop i work in.
  3. It was Neil who pointed it out during the game, but at one point the ball was getting passed around the defence and big Yassin was on the same line as McHugh and Lukas.

    Canterbury

Best set of kits we've had for years but i'll not be buying any of them due to the shite quality of both.

    Forbes

Can't say he doesn't deserve it. Future Well captain in the making this boy!
  6. Would like to think we can win the 2 home games against the Hibees and Falkirk. Going up to Tannidice will be difficult though but here's hoping it'll be a good game. Would love to get 7 but would be happy with 5.

    Rangers

Too hard tbh, but Saunders was superb. Kept Miller quiet until he went off.
  8. The guy had a decent game today, couldn't believe my eyes mind you. Pity about his two diddy linesman!
  9. Great news to hear. Even though Hutchinson broke through last year to play against Hamilton, and put in a great performance as well, he was dropped as soon as Craigan and Reynolds were fit regardless of his performance. Same goes with Saunders last year. Gannon's Babes! Keep 'em coming!
  10. Used to play with Chris McGuire as a boy. Right daft tim, bit of a c**t being honest.
  11. Was it just me or was it too loud??
  12. Just back from the game. Good workout for the team with Lasley, McGarry and Fitzy making an appearance in the 2nd. Coke's goal was well worked with a good finish on the end of it too. Yassin was good, needs to work on his crossing ability and was playing as a third striker for some parts of the game. Looks as if he'll be a good addition. Nothing negative to really come out of the game.
  13. Was in topman in town today and the guy that worked there was a St Midden fan. He was adament McGarry and Hammell will be heading to Love Street either tonight or in the morning.
  14. The guy's had a good goalscoring record where ever he's been. If Levein can unearth gems like Gomis from the lower leagues then Gannon can do the same, but better.
  15. Jim O'Brien, best i've seen him play on the left in a well shirt.
  16. Great atmosphere yesterday. Stewarding was alot better aswell, was it a new company or that? Lot of faces i didn't recognise.
  17. Expect any less from Mr McDonald though? Fucking clown of a guy!
  18. One of the boys got ejected for putting his legs over the wall at the front of the stand. Hardly an offence but i'm sure it was due to it being a threat of going on the pitch. Lot of shite. Alan's no proud
  19. Reynolds, looked more than comfortable in the games he played there in the European campaign. Ever since he came back to the club i've said he's not a patch on Paterson. Edit in reply to Netherton's post : I'm not just talking about today, what about Llanelli home leg, he was horrid and also on many occasions last year!
  20. DEWELL, we badly need a centre half to play alongside Hutchinson. To be honest i'd have Reynolds at left back and Hutchinson in the middle. I'm pleased with the result today as it was always going to be a hard game to go into. Players that impressed were Hateley, the middle two, Humphrey and McHugh. Humphrey changed the game when he came on in the second and caused Grainger problems down that right hand side. Murphy up the centre was far better and McHugh came on to cause a good load a problems for their defence. Both goals, just wow. We are 7 games into our season now and we've seen at least 4 or 5 great goals. Keep them coming! Ruddy looked dodgy at times today but he kept us in the game with a save off the line. His reactions were superb to get down so quickly. Would rather have Ruddy than Fraser any day of the week. Still a striker short though, hopefully something comes up with a centre half and a striker by the end of the week.
  21. Don't think he'd be missed tbh, was absolutely piss-poor today.
  22. Not to sure of the team although i'd be happy with a draw. 2-1 Well is my prediction though.
  23. I'd say he's already replaced them with two youngsters with the names Forbes and Slane. Both better players and as much as i liked Fitzy for his effort Forbes is a far superior player. Sadly Smith was never gonna cut it at this level, even though he should some potential in his first couple of games for the club.
  24. Forbes just ahead of Sutton.
  25. If thats the case then maybe we can see Hammell moving out?
