  1. It wasn't meant to be funny, just utterly ridiculous. Exactly the response your comment merited.
  2. The board will consider your application for CEO.
  3. One game, a 6 nil defeat. They'd lost their previous league game 5 nil. Kilmarnock went out to Championship opposition last year. McInnes has been rolled over in the Cup on more than one occasion, as we know. Probably why Aberdeen got rid of him.
  4. Why is it a lazy question? I think most folk realised it would be a tough game. I certainly didn't see anyone other than yourself saying it was the easiest draw we could've got. On the other thread I questioned whether this defeat was inevitably going to batter our confidence, not dent it. I think that's a reasonable question. How many times have we seen teams bounce back from bad results, or vice versa, as happened tonight. Nothing is inevitable.
  5. Fair enough, they might. I was questioning your claim that there was no easier draw than Morton at Cappielow.
  6. If you state something is inevitable, you're saying it's certain to happen. You think it will have a negative effect on the team's confidence, I'm not sure how it'll affect them. Can anyone say it's a certainty?
  7. Maybe they would have fancied themselves, but are you suggesting Morton at Cappielow is an easier draw than they got?
  8. Asking why our confidence will inevitably be battered as a result of this is not an inane question. Neither is questioning statements baiting. I don't claim to be right, because I have absolutely no idea how this result will affect the team. Apparently, you do.
  9. If - we won't know how good or bad a season it's been till it's over. Certainly won't be one of the best, hopefully won't be one of the worst. I think Bonnyrigg Rose or Cove Rangers at home might've been a better draw. Reasonably sure Aberdeen and Killie wouldn't have swapped us.
  10. Yeah, you think that's what inevitable means.
  11. My opinion is that we should wait till the end of the season to judge. If we did finish 6th, which is as good as it'll get, I wouldn't consider that a sacking offence. Obviously, you feel it is.
  12. I didn't suggest it would lead to a surge in confidence. You said it would lead to an inevitable battering to our confidence. Why is that inevitable?
  13. Could you explain why that's the case?
  14. Where did we finish in the league? Which signings were worthwhile and which were mistakes, in your opinion?
  15. If that's in reply to me, you stated he has to be replaced no matter how the season ends. Not 'so far'.
  16. Because winning 5 nil on Tuesday clearly didn't result in a surge of confidence tonight.
  17. Alexander was replaced because of the awful January to May, followed by an equally awful start to the following season. If we finish 6th this season, our form will have improved significantly.
  18. Why is the battering to our confidence inevitable?
  19. If we finish 6th, he has to be replaced?
  20. How many goals has Mandron scored and how many games has he played?
  21. We need some steel in the middle, but an Ally Mauchlen or Colin O 'Neill type would leave us lacking a man after 10 minutes.
  22. I'm no sure a 5 nil win or 8th place counts as horrific.
