  1. The passing of a kidney stone is more enjoyable.
  2. Not if Glass is still there. But they're at home to St Johnstone on Tuesday, so there's every chance he won't be.
  3. You'll no be waving the cup in our faces this year Broon.
  4. Efford looks like he's got something about him.
  5. Ojala's fair picked up from Wednesday.
  6. Nothing happening with ours, Rob McLean sleverin' on the Aberdeen stream though. And auld Broon.
  7. Thought it rang a bell, so just checked - Jamie McGowan was actually English.
  8. Fair enough. I'm sure none of us are really bothered who their best player was, but if all he did was score a tap in, that still makes him far more effective than any of our front players.
  9. Nobody's claiming he's Mo Salah, but you're obsessing over his goals. Are you honestly saying you thought he wasn't bringing a lot more to the team before he left, or that you can't see how clueless we're looking without him?
  10. 1. Who else would you give it to? 2. To rub our faces in it.
  11. Watt was winning every award going for us, long before his goal scoring blip. Fundamentally pish? Utter pish.
  12. Anyone who sees any positives in that performance needs to take their eyeballs out and polish them.
  13. Is that the defence or prosecution's argument?
  14. They are utter shite. And they're beating us.
  15. Aberdeen and Dundee games called off.
  16. Aye, like I said, I wouldn't fancy him either, especially at that age. I know it wasn't yourself who mentioned the number of clubs he's had being a sure sign we shouldn't touch him, but most of the guys we have up front could give him a run for his money on that score, and it's likely any replacement will be the same.
  17. I wouldn't fancy him, but if we're bringing in a forward player with any experience, they're probably gonnae have a long list of clubs on their CV. The ones who don't move around much tend to be far more prolific/better all round players, and way out of our league.
  18. One more than Watt, two ahead of Van Veen, though Woolery ties on twelve. Shields has seven in six years, so he may yet beat the lot of them.
  19. If there's no financial gain for us, you'd think the only sensible option is to hang onto Watt till the end of the season. But I suppose there are other issues to take into account. Players obviously have their pals at a club, and if someone's hanging around, not getting a game as a 'punishment', there's the potential for unrest among the squad. Having said that, I have no idea how keen Watt is to get away, what his attitude is like, or if Alexander wants to make an example of him, as he did with Gallagher in the end.
