Aye but they are the ones playing dress up outside the ground.
-
Halliday definitely makes himself bigger with the position of his arm. It's a strange one because the law doesn't account for players closing their eyes, turning their back and trying to get out the way of the ball.'
-
It's getting a bit harder to take it seriously now the youngest WW2 veterans are mid 90s.
-
Clearly that was never the intention and the plan was to use them as Trojan horses to get them into the league then have them in the Championship filled with non Scottish players.
-
Ewan Wilson has been impressive playing every minute of every game. I've not really heard much about how Ferrie, Wells and Ross are doing on loan but I still feel that we would better off having these players here to focus on strength and conditioning and learning to play at our level rather than part time football with loads of extra travelling.

Btw putting the away fans in the top tier is tinpot stuff and pathetic from a fan owned club.
-
Obika, Wilkinson, Shaw, Stama, Watt, Moses, Robinson and Stuparevic. Kettlewell really does have an eye for a player.
-
Between the manager who is Steve Clarke with a barnet, the fact we have no decent strikers and have to play Halliday and Davor in midfield then there's not much chance of seeing much football. 34% at home to St Johnstone is criminal. It feels a bit like McCall's last full season where we were dire but still managed to finish second on pure grit.

Dunfermline made a halftime sub of Joe Chalmers coming on for Craig Clay. I used to have nightmares about that.
-
No ref was going to let Balmer away with that. He's just not very bright.
-
Halliday is completely done. He was blowing out his arse after 20 mins. Get him a half season ticket for Ibrox, a Celtic one for Fat Tony and a wee Saturday job somewhere for Davor and we'll be looking a lot better going forward.
-
Casey or Balmer. I went for Casey due to the tackle near the end.
-
It wasn't for a foul throw. Balmer stole 10 yards when the ref spoke to Miller and the defender. The ref then told Balmer to get back and Balmer acknowledged him then just threw it in without moving back. You can tell Balmer is Irish.
-
Stama giving us nothing. Get Moses on.
-
Halliday is a dick.
-
Two good goals and a wee bit of fitba. Brilliant.
-
I'm laughing at the unacceptable conduct warning on the tannoy after letting the Celtic fans take the piss.
-
A back 4 today? I can't believe Tavares is on the bench again. It will be hilarious if he brings him on.
-
The long ball tactics against Dundee were some of the worst I've ever seen so hopefully we will aim to play some football today.
-
As i've said that's down to a core of managers who are happy to spoil games and hope to grab something then go on the BBC and insult the intelligence of anyone who actually saw the game. Kettlewell, Robinson, Goodwin, Gray and McInnes are all killing this league.

The guy has a wage budget for players that's over £3 million a year. He signed 17 players in the summer. Clearly we should have more quality than we have at the moment and he completely failed to strengthen two positions that everyone identified as most important. With every window that goes by with Kettlewell in charge the squad gets worse and there's more money down the drain.

Motherwell v Rangers League Cup Semi final Nov 2/3

I honestly think he fucked up the subs and didn't realise Blaney was the last one. It would explain why he was a bit over animated after the game even by his own standards. -

I would have released SOD but I get the arguments for keeping him and McGinn. But then adding in Halliday, Nicholson and Callachan who are all over the hill was crazy. I'd very surprised if Kettlewell wasn't expecting Davor, Stuparevic, Kourotoumbis and Stama to all be more athletic before he saw them in person. I think we probably do as much work assessing players physically prior to signing them as we do in practicing attacking from open play. -

It was completely predictable that Callachan and Nicholson would be crocks. Paton is on his third significant injury since he arrived. McGinn is 34. The manager is to blame for wasting so much of our budget on these guys. -

Stama and Robinson are both nowhere near 6 feet tall.
