did i say that? at least give me a chance to get back from the match before you start accussing me of hiding.
-
unlucky what are the odds on me posting while the team are on the park?
-
getting wins away from home when we were playing poorly was a big part of our success last year so it's a good sign that we can still do it. the team showed their character away in greece and spain and it was the same today, their heads stayed up even although very little was going for us. at the start of the game it looked like our sole tactic was to get the ball out to humphrey but after about 15 mins it was clear it wasn't going to be his day and we looked short of ideas. the hateley lasley partnership didn't work very well and we had no threat on the left hand side of the park at all. there is a lot of work for mccall do this week. ojaama should have came on at halftime and bringing on omar rather than sticking murphy out wide left was a strange one but you don't expect much else from our substitutions these days.
-
exactly. aberdeen are a team we are competing directly against. if they faddy it could be the difference in a league placing or doing well in a cup. if they were to sign faddy and finish a point ahead of us it could well be that giving him a good preseason has cost us a large amount of money. tom boyd and chris mccart captained the club, played hundreds of games and won the cup but plenty of motherwell fans have no time for them now. they both pissed on the club that gave them their start in the game and i'd say faddy will be doing the same if he chooses to play for a team who are trying to stop us from achieving our targets of finishing second and winning a cup.
-
what is he hoping for then? championship is the best he is likely to get as he has no chance of epl and celtic don't want him. faddy and craig gordon both need to get themselves teams and start playing football.
-
the fact that no one has signed him means he is likely going to have to drop his demands. it's a sad state of affairs when a guy who hasn't kicked a ball in two years doesn't seem interested in getting back playing. if he signs for one of our rivals after using our facilities all summer then i'd say his legend status is revoked.
-
i don't think they are any better than when we hammered them 4-0 up there. possibly even worse. i expect an outcome along the lines of that game and the first trip to dunfermline last season when we had them chasing shadows.
-
randolph kerr hutchy cummins hammell humphrey lasley hateley law murphy higdon very confident we'll get the three points.
-
We played rangers at 3 on a saturday between xmas and ny not long ago.
-
it was obvious this was going to happen when rangers left the spl. there are only so many celtic games you can show. we're top of the league and unbeaten so the tv companies are probably hoping we keep the run going a while and create a bit of drama.

Crowd For Ibrox - League Cup Game

the amount of people these days who will chance getting a conviction, a banning order, there name in the paper and online and possibly losing their job over a football game is tiny. there will be plenty of h**s trying to act the big man in crowds but little chance of real trouble. there is zero bother around the ground at OF games nowadays, i don't see this being any different. -
omar played right mid that day. he was his usual self.
-
it was the same last season in the league cup. it's on early to avoid extra time and pens fucking up their schedule.

Crowd For Ibrox - League Cup Game

there was me thinking it's about who gets through to the next round of the league cup. -
i agree with every word there but at the same time i'm glad mccall down played it down and pretty annoyed with ramsden. the combination of us not having won there in 15 years and not wanting to give them fuel for the fire should equal modesty in public while making it clear to the players that they are shite and there for the taking.

too many teeth to be a real h*n.
-
who was sitting next to flow at the game yesterday on the upgrade seat? from a distance it looked like boyle.
-
a good draw for us. a great chance to beat them for the first time in a decade and some dosh as well which should help us strengthen the squad. noising them up in the 0-0 game a while ago was priceless, the 'he came from the well to send you hell' banner was a belter. more of the same please.
-
we'll see. bring on the city teams.
-
we'll see. there are goals for any half decent striker in this league. the guys at the back for ict today were terrible. i was actually at all the games against the teams you've mentioned except the 3-1 against united on the 1st october and i could make a few counterpoints but i don't want to. i like strikers that work hard and don't miss sitters.he looked the part against the jokers at the back for ict. bring on the real deal.
-
do you and higdon discuss me on a regular basis? it's nice to be popular the next time your talking to him tell him he's had three good games in a row and to keep it up.x
-
i like big kerr. a definite first choice now no matter who is available. however higdon gets the vote from me. after the dundee game we play celtic, hearts, hibs, united and aberdeen. the test for higdon is to make me eat my words against the top six teams. bring it on.
