he's played 84 games for us since gannon took over as well as 10ish for the scotland u21s. that's 90+ games in 21 months for a guy who is still 21 and takes a fair bit of punishment from defenders. i agree that he'll benefit from a break but we should presevere with him just now. i don't think he played as badly as some are making out today, he was our main out ball and took a lot of passes in to feet in decent areas. he was far, far better than humphrey.

why you don't you email the bbc?

that 2nd goal was a total farce. clear foul on hateley before their corner but the worst part was gunning's pish poor attempt at tracking back before that. it was a soft pen but gunning i knew the ref was going to give it straight away as their seemed to be one set of rules for us and one for killie, some of the fouls on murphy that weren't given were unreal. your never going to win a game with humphrey, forbes and gunning playing in the same midfield against a team who move the ball as well as killie. i was half expecting jenno to get a second yellow just so he could get away from the 3 of them. it was embarassing watching forbes near the end of his match, his decision making seems to go due to his poor conditioning. humphrey was shocking, he did well for the goal but was awful for the other 89 and did his favourite trick of hiding behind the left back for most of the 2nd half. putting forbes on for saunders turned the match against us. we needed to be able to compete in midfield and that decision weakend us. surely gunning to left back, page to right back and jones to left mid was the change we needed. credit to sutty, jenno, murphy and craggs for good performances.

lasley is suspended.

aye they put in some shifts in england. carlisle versus bournemouth is a belter from this weekend, only the 12 hour round trip for cherries fans.
-
a game 45 minutes down the road at midday isn't much of a hardship. there will be thousands of fans around the uk leaving the house before me on saturday.
-
there's no chance that craigan would ever consider doing that and i'm almost as sure the club would never ask him to. we'll leave that to the likes of scott brown and kevin thomson.
-
peterborough had scored 15 goals in their previous 4 games. wednesday had conceded 8 in their previous 3. last night's result was not a suprise. it's on the bbc website that mandaric is saying wednesday will lose the best part of £7 million by not getting promoted. they spent big in the summer thinking they'd walk league one but they're in the mix for relegation now. i predict admin in the not too distant future.

keiren westwood will surely play both games for the republic after being back up for so long. randy will probably get on the bench for one game. craigan has to be in danger of losing his place as well. aaron hughes is pretty much guaranteed to start and craig cathcart has had a good season with blackpool. if neither feature on the tuesday night surely we can get them back on early morning flights and on the field against united.
-
dangerous play then.
-
would reseeding make it (more) unplayable?
-
you're not cool. so why is this not high feet but a chest height boot is?
-
rangers have three league games unscheduled. aberdeen, hibs and united. if we're forced to play united on the 29th surely rangers must play aberdeen or hibs (or both) that midweek.
-
there the only full time team we've beat in a european tie. that's surely something to be proud of?
-
there's no chance the game will be on the 29th. we'll have craigan, randolph, saunders away and gunning if ireland u21 are doing anything. will rangers be playing any of their postponed fixtures during the international release date? will they fuck. if they make us play but not the h**s i'll be taking a lead from the greeks and digging up fir park the night before the game.
-
i was quite suprised hutchy never got his head on it at the game, this picture shows that he closed his eyes as a natural reaction t almost getting booted in the face which is why he missed it.
-
the same. i remember going back to motherwell on a double decker and the full bus emptying for a piss stop at whirlies round about. being on the pitch at fir park cheering the players with the cup up in the press box then heading down to my gran's house for some dinner. magic.

yes. reynolds played 4 and a half seasons. in his first season he was one of only a couple of players not to disgrace himself, in the other 3 and a half we performed well and our defence was a major asset. it was only a year ago that we were setting clean sheet records yet apparently the guy was murder. knocking aalesunds out of the europa is easily one of our greatest achivements as a club, reynolds was was our best player over the two legs but that seems to count for nothing.
-
i agree murphy was out of sorts but humphrey and forbes have been playing each other into the team for the past month. humphrey was dire the last time we played at tannadice and sold the third goal last week so i'm not suprised he was a last resort. murphy was given a chance to show something in the 2nd half and when it was apparent he wasn't going to he got hooked, i totally understand the manager's thought process. i thought hammell did well in midfield. he got two assists and played a great ball to gunning in the box which was almost a goal. what more do you want?
-
saunders had a good game. hutchy was exposed at both goals, he's cost us a good few goals recently. who do you want mccall to play in midfield? unless you can do a weird science and create your 6 foot 4 wet dream midfielder out of nothing there's not many options.
-
that teuchtar chufter on the bbc just read this pish out on the telly. a complete embarrassment. if we win tomorrow it'll be getting rammed right up you up and even if we get beat you're still a wank.
-
it isn't going to be any worse travelling up than it was for the cup game at dens, i think the game will be on. what team to play however? for me craigan has to come back in and i'd jones a start as well as humphrey hasn't had a kick against dixon this season. i'd start gunning at left mid as well, forbes was very poor last week and hung hammell out to dry at the first goal. randy saunders hutchinson craigan hammell jones hateley lasley gunning murphy sutton
-
i think it's been proven there's far more interest in mccall's thoughts than there is in your bitter ramblings. any chance you'll lead by example and shut the fuck up?
-
i think it's down to us versus caley now. we have to match their points total from the 4 next matches. we have killie (a), aberdeen (h) united (h) hearts (a) they have united (a) celtic (h) killie (a) hearts (h)

lucky for wednesday reynolds wasn't playing today, they might have lost more than 4 at home to bottom of the league admin riddled plymouth.
