our tactics and performance made a mediocre team look good. a cold night at fir park ~ by comparison to what they are used to ~ a vociferous crowd, their first euro game ever and we sit back like a bunch of cowardy custards. we had a lot more in our tank than we displayed and that annoys me. as for thursday, get 3 up front and have a real go. if we get rammed at least we tried

Am hoarse with singing and utterly gutted at the way we give away cheap goals. I think we'll do ok this season tho. Vigurs, Lawson and McManus have been good additions and Sutton will score goals but will need some assistance up front

You not seen many europe games then ? We failed to put them under any concerted pressure, gave them too much time with the ball in midfield and expected too much from Sutton up front on his own. As for the goals ? Wheres Cosgrove when you need him to articulate exactly how you feel !!!

This has to be the most manipulated set of fixtures on the planet, all geared round making it as problem free for the Flag to fly at the Piggery/Bronx as possible. very much doubt we'll get anything in our favour.
