Enjoyed the interview. He seemed relaxed and for the most part I liked what he said and the way he said it. On a personal note, I wish he would get a proper haircut, he looks the same as the last time I saw him which was probably in the 80's.

I have faith in Boyle and I am sure he has done the best he could under the circumstances. I never liked the Brown appointment but it turned out better than I thought it would (apart from the obvious) so I'll back McCall 100%.

Just had a brief preview and it looks better. One thing I am not convinced about is the main page under MotherwellFC where it says "Scotland's Community Club". I think that saying takes away from the fact that it is an official SPL Club website. I think it would be clearer if it said something like "Official website of Motherwell Football Club" and then Scotland's Community Club underneath or somewhere else. This thread is becoming depressing. I'm logging on looking for news of our "new" manager and we are talking about previous managers like Gannon etc. coming back. I hope hell freezers over before we take back what we discarded or left because they had better opportunities. What is the point in that? Yes people rightly have their own views on what was good and bad about ex-managers, but they are EX and that should be that. The Club's board has their criteria for a new manager and they know more than we do so I am leaving it in their capable hands. Whoever we get I will support 100%. To me one of the biggest issues is that manager's have to live in and work in north Lanarkshire. They have families and many people would not deliberately choose north Lanarkshire as the place they want to live. I don't like to say it but it is true.

Whomever the new manager is our players need to make an impression because he will be watching. If they give 100% effort that will be good enough for me regardless of the score. I'm thinking a 2-2 draw here.

First time in months seeing Motherwell and have not seen Rangers all season. The clear differences to me were the Rangers players were bigger, stronger, more skilled and their passing was better. Our defence was poor and there was no one taking charge of the midfield or running at the Rangers defence. There was no one in the middle when we did cross the ball. Oh well, things will get better....

Our passing isn't that good either. We need somebody to run at a defence.
