Other clubs, with the exception of Celtic haven't had as successful a season as us so should we really be using them as a yardstick? Qualifying for the Champions League surely means that we should be ahead of the rest?
I agree with Steve Diggle that the punishment has to fit the crime regardless of the effect on the other teams in the SPL. IF they are found guilty of EBT's/dual contracts and are back in the SPL next season with minimal sanctions I won't be back and I'll cancel my Well Society direct debit.
I can just about accept the fact they get "debatable" decisions in games but I won't accept rules being altered for them.
The winless streak against Rangers would be a bit shorter but for this guy:-

Not sure how you can be upset about people correctly predicting the outcome of today's game. Nobody wanted Rangers to win or hoped they'd win, they just took the easy money as they suspected the result would be the same as usual.
High horse? I actually won £36 myself (£30 @ 6/5) so I'm hardly on a high horse.
My point was that it's a sad state of affairs when people are getting free money based on a dead cert loss against a shit team.
Closer scoreline today but no less embarrassing given how bad they are and that every man and their dog seems to be beating them these days. Even more embarrassing when you consider that there were more than a few Motherwell fans accepting defeat before a ball was kicked by betting on Rangers.
Closer scoreline but samew pishy result.
IMO opinion if Lennon was in the same situation he'd appeal and win. If McCall is accurate in his version of events (and I believe he is) he should appeal. If he does appeal and doesn't win then it's further proof that it's not a level playing field as far as I'm concerned.
