IMO that’s the way it should be. All businesses and the general public should have the right to choose how they want to react to the Queen’s passing rather than being told. There will be those who are affected by it and want to pay respects and those who it barely even registers with and will only notice due to forced disruption to events and services.

Had enough chances to win 3 games. Poor finishing, bad luck and poor decision making with the final ball cost us the win. Didn’t concede though so we’re a point better off than we were at the start of the day.

What is it that makes you think Aarons wasn’t Hammell’s signing (despite him saying it was and being here in 2020) and that it was down to the head of recruitment (who wasn’t here when Aarons previously was)?

He signed for us on 31st January 2020 and the league was cut short on 13th March. That’s a period of 6 weeks where he had 7 appearances so I think you must be thinking of someone else.

Morris can’t be trusted with the ball, even when he made simple passes there were better options. His run when we had the break with Efford was abysmal for an experienced player, he ran into an area where Efford couldn’t get the ball to him. I’d rather see a youngster get a chance than waste time on him.

Poor performance, but it was going to come at some point. Hopefully once the new signings are up to speed and joined by a couple of others we’ll have a stronger starting 11 and more strength in depth.
