I remember as a kid being quite excited that we signed him and it was for quite a bit as far as I remember. Hendry is the worst of the lot imo. I’ve seen zero in him and when he does get minutes in between his long lay offs he just points and moans and has a face like a smacked arse.

Ach we’ll be fine, not the first time we’ve lost half our players, and it won’t be the last. It is the first time however we potentially lose 4 /5 of our players for circa £10m quid.

As much as I liked Ward, £800k for a keeper who isn’t that great a keeper in his final year of contract….. when we got him for nothing…… is a decent bit of business.

A good thing about his performances and how well he’s carried himself with interviews etc is that he’s out priced the old scum buying him. No way would either of them pay more than £2-3m for a guy his age from another Scottish club.

Really good goal too. He’s the only positive I can take from this World Cup. It’s been brilliant watching him do so well.
