  1. Does it get any better sauntering into an office with a number of Rangers fans who said to me last week “not worried about Sunday…. We can blow anyone away at home the way we are playing” if only I were able to smoke cigars in the office…. The smugness is oozing from every one of my pores
  2. Some great performances but went for Watt, thought he was exceptional.
  3. Likewise… I personally can’t wait til our game with them at fir park. I fully expect to beat them. If they win the league (doubtful) fair enough but I’d love to screw it up for them and McIness in particular
  4. Absolutely felt it in my bones this morning we’d win. Destroyed them first half and struggled a bit in the 2nd half. Great bottle to get that winner….. get it right fkn up them. Their fans were like snow off a dyke as soon as the 3rd went in….. I think they do do walking away.
  5. Quite a good result for us yesterday with Celtic winning. Rangers will be under a bit of pressure to win and their fans will be edgy. If we can keep them quiet and nick a goal they’ll go into full meltdown. My morning of game positivity is strong….1-0 Motherwell.🤣
  6. I’m sure Willie will find out 🤣
  7. Welcome to the site. It’s a real balance of people who are quite positive and people who expect and predict we are beaten in every single game. I know all about the ancell babes and I can still rhyme off the 1951 league cup winners and 1952 Scottish cup winning teams by heart as it was drummed into me as a kid but my earliest memories are the late 70s so I missed the boat watching the ancell team unfortunately.
  8. I did love ONeill as a player. I’ll never forget him trying to run off a broken leg. I’m sure it was against Hibs at home. Good player too. i met him once just after he stopped playing and he was ok but you could tell he was nuts. He had that Northern Irish 70s/80s real bitterness about him and that “I could snap” at any moment persona. I suppose it’s a product of environment. Always a cult hero though.
  9. Clancy refereeing on Saturday….. not the best but not the worst. however Dallas is on VAR…… who is one of the very worst.
  10. Delighted for big Aston. Pleased for Dunfermline too. Get it up Falkirk
  11. He’s looked better than Ngwenya so far
  12. Yeah, I agree. As long as he continues playing well and scoring goals over there then hopefully we can recoup some money if he does sign permanently with Sydney. im also not convinced their league out there is any worse or better than the SPL. The games I’ve watched looked decent. Standard is ok.
  13. I disagree he failed. He scored goals and was a good player. He was in my eyes anyway. Nothing wrong with us disagreeing though.
  14. Just watched Sydney FCs game on TNT sports. Brilliant strikers finish from AP. i know 95% of you disagree but for me he’s still the best striker we have on our books.
  15. I wouldn’t touch Bailey Rice, I’m afraid he’s just another promising young player whose career has been killed by the old firm. I’ve seen nothing in him (and neither has Rangers) to say he’d play regularly at SPL standard. OK he was clearly a talented youngster but the world is full of these talented youngsters who don’t make the leap to become a good pro player. it’d be too much of a punt to take him on and I presume pay a good wage to and treat him as a project.
