The amount of sh1t on here talking about KVV and missing chances. The guy banged in a hat trick a few days ago for us. He’s a striker for motherwell not a guy playing in the higher reaches of the premiership. We have had so many strikers who hide when things don’t go well, a few have been mentioned above, van veen doesn’t hide, he misses sitters ok, he missed a penalty, fair enough…big deal, he’s still continually getting into goalscoring positions. Give me a striker like that any day. He’ll still be our highest goalscorer this season.

I didn’t think we were dreadful in the first half. Second half performance has been brutal, subs seemed completely hap-hazard, lost all our shape and two terrible goals to lose.

This Kilmarnock team is poor as well, dropping points to them is a sore one.

We were playing really well until we scored and we’ve sat back a bit. Kilmarnock look rotten but we are so capable of losing a daft goal that we need another. hopefully get back playing second half. im always hyper critical of our defence but they are getting in the way and blocking everything today.

I think Morris might actually come good, I thought he was the only player we had in that first Sligo game (doesn’t say too much tho) and showed enough for me to be hopeful. joining a new club, new league, new country. Call me the voice of reason if I state I think he needs more than 3 games to make an impact lol as for Efford, the big fella can go anytime and as much as I like the effort shields puts in, he’ll always be a championship player. Maguire won’t go as Hammell knows him and whatever the fans say the coaches all see a player there and I think there is but the lad lacks confidence and belief in himself. That’s not an easy thing to fix, you’re either full of belief or your not. You could have the ability of messi but if you don’t believe it you’ll not make it.

Snodgrass would be a great signing. Think he’s the type of vocal guy we need in the team and he’d bring some players on. I thought he looked good at Luton last year. If he came to us it’d not be for money as we couldn’t get near what he’s earning down south, he must be looking for a link into more media work which I have no doubt he’d be very good at. certainly better than the stevie thompson, Richard foster brigade we currently have to endure

There’s a few videos on you tube of him playing in their U23s and he’s played in either wide left or wide right so a really good option. Just really pleased to see the lad play for us as I always feel a bit cheated when our kids come all the way through the ranks and then sign for another team prior to playing in our first team.

Absolutely brilliant. He was one of these youngsters I’d have loved to see play in our first team but Leeds plucked him out before that could happen. Leeds fans were full of praise for his performances last year but just needs more games. Another lad who’s a Motherwell fan and family are all supporters. Really looking forward to see him play.
