  1. Yeah I think that’s a good amount. I just think Italian sides (where I think he would be best suited) don’t tend to pay fortunes for young players. I think a league like this or Germany would benefit him as a player more than England at the moment.
  2. I don’t think he’ll go anywhere where he won’t be playing. There’s no way he’s going to play in any EPL side right now? He’ll be in their u23 side and get the bench from time to time. That will not suit him. I don’t think championship football will suit him either. Just my opinion but I have a feeling he’ll go abroad but it’ll mean less money for the club? We’ll maybe get a big sell on clause tho?
  3. That’s fkn hysterical…. Get in Tony lol
  4. Great chance for AP but that was a terrible touch.
  5. I don’t think I’m exaggerating when I say I haven’t seen a worse half of football in years. Unbelievably bad…… supporters from both sides deserve their money back.
  6. An appalling first 20mins. Zero football from both teams
  7. Baffling. i did think Tavares wasn’t the worst in Dundee right enough. I just feel for Wilson, he’s been hung out to dry a bit from kettlewell as he looked a tremendous young full back but has been flung into the midfield where I think he’s struggling through no fault of himself.
  8. I would prefer they all chip in and pay the club fine.
  9. Nah, unacceptable to lose 4 goals against this mob. Annoying thing was the first 60mins have been the best we’ve played in ages. Absolutely caved in now.
  10. Great play from Watt there. Wee Paton should’ve done better
  11. Famous last words but Watt and AP look quite good together, linked up a few times well.
  12. Get in. Really good ball from Tavares and I hope that goal gives AP a bit of confidence
  13. Good goal to be fair. Totally against the run of play, I thought we’d started not too bad as well.
  14. Let’s face it, every keeper has a shocker from time to time. Even the really good ones. That was definitely John Gardiner esque right enough.
  15. Appalling game of football featuring two terrible sides. A draw would have been a fair result. One to be forgotten safe travels to the fans coming home , they deserve better.
  16. Exactly…. I’m a bit of a happy clapper but there’s nothing to be positive about today. Poor set up, poor performance….. I’m absolutely gutted for the fans who went through blizzards to get there.
  17. Is there still a chance this can be called off?
  18. Oh FFS. What was Halliday doing? Absolutely sleeping on the 18yr line.
  19. Brutal. we had one nice move at the end of the half from the right hand side (kaleta again looking better than anyone else) but apart from that…. It’s been extremely poor.
  20. I heard the supporters buses have been stopped by the police and told to go back. Disgrace if this game goes ahead.
  21. A number of supporters buses leaving at 9am tomorrow. They’ll be well on the way before any decision is taken.
  22. Seems to be an Amber weather warning all day Saturday for snow and ice up north. I’d imagine it’ll be off, having players and fans traveling up there is too risky if it’s going to be that bad imo. Those roads are bad enough in good weather.
  23. I bought his books too which annoyed me slightly as I was putting more money in his pockets. I did however find them interesting. Boyle as discussed was obviously the main culprit but Nevin tried to deflect absolutely everything on him which I disagreed with. He was responsible for some of the mercenaries we employed and also responsible for their pay. An example being Tony Thomas the crock from Tranmere who played a few games for us and got £4K a week over a 3yr period. i think Nevin is a smart guy and can pull the wool over many peoples eyes as folk think he’s honest. I don’t. Even his best mate McLair has made a few comments about Nevin spinning the truth. I thought Mclair was quite funny actually when he was talking about this and how Nevin went on and on about attending university when he was actually at a college. anyway, it’s just my view, don’t trust the bloke, never forgave him for him taking a Chanel 5 job to commentate on an English game the same night we played Chievo to help with funds following our administration. Not something I’d have expected from our CEO as he still was at that time. Charlatan.
