postiejim Posted April 12, 2011 Report Share Posted April 12, 2011 Motherwell lost what has became known to Well fans as the Allen Craig final.On the 11th of April 1931 Motherwell drew 2-2 with Celtic in the Scottish cup final ,the Steelmen had led 2-0 only for Celtic to score two late goals ,the second being an o.g by Motherwell centre half Allen Craig. Motherwell lost the replay which was played four days later on the 15th of April 1931 4-2. And before anyone asks naw I wasn't there.
