Noah Dosser
Just a wee post to let you all know the u/19s won the Hurlford United Football Festival. They defeated an u /21 amateur team(from Kilmarnock) 4-1 yesterday, after playing an hour or so with 10 men. Today they defeated Ayr Utd u/19 3-1. All in all couple of good run outs for the team. Neither of the 2 signings from England played due to injury. N. Devlin and S. Hetherington played and look useful additions.
Wellfan1984
Congrats to the boys. Where we sign Hetherington from? And who is the second English signing after Angol?
Noah Dosser
Congrats to the boys. Where we sign Hetherington from? And who is the second English signing after Angol? Hetherington came from Rangers, other English lad is Adam Cummings, picked up from Everton. On Saturday young boy Greene signed from Celtic came on as sub as did J. Leitch, both did fairly well but reckon they will feature more for u/17s at the moment as both still eligible at this age.
Rickoza
Following up their thrashing of Falkirk (5-0) they hammered Celtic's "development squad" 4-1 at Lennoxtown yesterday, the French trialist scoring twice again.... 4-
siebsbarmyarmy
That reads like we had a full squad out. What was our team, anyone know?

Rickoza
Wondered if it was the Under 19s, cheers for that. Still, impressive couple of games they've put together now, and this French striker now has four in two games.

East_Stand_Al
Where is it the under 19's will be playing their home games this season? Would expect Creamery Park in Bathgate again although not 100% sure
wee g
Anymore you can add wee g ,who were the top performers scored the goals how did the trialists play perhaps. Hollis, McKinnon, Halsman, Carswell, Pollock, Lawless, Smith & McHugh plus 3 french trialists. he 1st half was an evenly matched game with celtic just edging it, the 2nd half was totally motherwell. Our midfield was too strong with Pollock , Carswell & Lawless having a very strong 2nd half, McHugh & Smith gave their defence a torrid time as well. Wondered if it was the Under 19s, cheers for that. Still, impressive couple of games they've put together now, and this French striker now has four in two games. The french guy who scored 2 goals yesterday was a forward, but the other guy who scored 2 against falkirk was a right midfielder.
weeyin
The french guy who scored 2 goals yesterday was a forward, but the other guy who scored 2 against falkirk was a right midfielder. Sign them both! Cover for our strikers and a goal scoring midfielder. Excellent (as they say in France).
David
Would expect Creamery Park in Bathgate again although not 100% sure Does anyone know the reason why we play our games in Bathgate of all places?
Steve Diggle
The french guy who scored 2 goals yesterday was a forward, but the other guy who scored 2 against falkirk was a right midfielder. The midfielder is apparently called Derrique Antona and the striker is Gerrard Henri
