Onthefringes
Have had the chance to watch most 19's matches so far. The scouse kid at the back and his no nonsense partner impress complimented by Zaine at left-back. Mentioned Hetherington previously and Hermann makes strides with each game - his individual piece of brilliance yesterday before striking the bar lit up the match for me. Notable mention for McGachie(?) up front - tireless worker. Pattern followed many games this season - if the finishing clicks, somebody is going to be on a hiding. Big up Mr Young too. Noah Dosser
M'Well 0- 1 Dunfermline. Bad day for young Well. Down 0-1 at halftime, despite missing several chances and a penalty. Conceded dreadful goal following defensive errors. Misery compounded by L. Erwin being forced off injured with suspected ankle fracture. 2nd half same story re missed chances. Not a good day. ONeils40yarder
Struggling to see a weakness in our team other than our inability to put the ball in the pokey and kill teams off. Dunfermline players looked a level below Motherwell's but they scored from our fuck up and then clung on for most of the match.
Onthefringes
Can only echo what's been said. Dunfermline can consider themselves extremely lucky. It would have been stopped had it been a boxing bout.
Noah Dosser
Heard U/19's have been drawn at home V Accies in 3rd round of Youth Cup. Not yet confirmed that I can see. Tie to be played 13th November, again not confirmed and subject to change.

Finlay
U19s always appear to be at home in the Cup. Which seems to be the exact opposite for the senior team.
Noah Dosser
U/19's lost 3-1 at Aberdeen today. No details as I wasn't there.
David
Now cofirmed via HAFC website. Tie to be played 13/11 probably at Fir Park Stadium. I thought they played at Bathgate or somewhere equally as obscure?
Brazilian
played last round of the cup at Fir Park although it was an international break
David
Is there seriously nowhere closer to home that they can play? Those of us who don't have access to a car can't get all the way to Bathgate

Brazilian
You seriously don't think there's anywhere closer to Motherwell they can play? yes there must be dozens but they choose Bathgate to deliberately piss off non drivers that very rarely would ever go to the games and reward PostieJim for going on occasion. Oh well, I guess that's why they get 3 people & a dog at their games
that hat
Usually more than three, and I've never seen a dog at the games. That said haven't made it to too many this season.
Onthefringes
3-2 against a stuffy Kilmarnock side today. 2-0 and comfortable until the referee awarded a penalty that never was which afforded Kilmarnock an unlikely comeback. Kilmarnock then equalised and controlled for the last 20 with the winner coming against the run of play with the last kick of the ball. Penalty decision changed the game. Heavy pitch after 1st half deluge didn't help as Motherwell tired. Similar to most matched this season where the kids would have been out of site having taken their chances. Highlights: Hetherington and creator of the first and scorer of the second Watt(?). Notable mention for Jack Leitch - probing runs from the midfield behind their defence in last 5 minutes catalyst for the winner.
