Nicky Law for me. Class act.

Added a lot of urgency to us in the first half and scored a good goal

Nicky Law was unreal......but I'm going to give it to Randolph. If I'm honest that is partly due to the penalty miss (I know a touch harsh) but if it wasn't for Randolph we could have been skelped.

Made a few excellent saves and kept us in the game

 

I felt Clancy also had a great game aswell

Nicky Law had a good game but he missed too many chances and of course the penalty at the end.

 

Lasley did well, as did Daley when he came on.

 

But I'd give it to Darren Randolph. Maybe three or four crucial saves in the second half.

Gave it to Lasley, was poor for the first 20 but then put in an unbelievable performance. Winning tackles, spraying passes, took his goal well. He also had to do the work of two men with the way Jennings is playing.

Aye, between law and Randolph. Thought Humphrey looked a lot more like his old self too tbh, put in some good crosses after beating his man, and should have had one assist at least

Lasley buy a mile scores the leveller, won every tackle and hardly misplaced a pass. He never stopped KEITH!

 

Higdon done well too, tidy finish.

between Lasley & Law for me but thought both full-backs played well enough & Higdon offered much more than of late.

also liked the look of Daley when he came on as well.

For a guy getting peltered for being pish, He played a blinder tonight. One Poor Cross out of all of them. And Considering he was injured from the first half and lasted so long, he merited my Vote

Doesn't look like my vote will count towards much with what others are opting for but my vote goes to Hately

 

I only see it as being between him, Higdon and Randolph

 

 

all the others were guilty as hell of giving the ball away far too easily which nearly always led to a Hibs chance,

 

as improved as many were from recent weeks its these basics that are going to cost us dear

 

EDIT: and Omar Daley has the brains/knowledge Humprey needs

Thought Higdon had a great game, looked a different player at one point chased the ball back to our box to win ball back, unlucky not to score more. Also think Daley looks a great player to have on bench

Law for me, tried to take the game by the scruff of the neck and was a great driving force from the middle of the park

Few special mentions.

 

Lasley dragged us back into the game after the opening 20 minutes and gave it everything.Randolph, kept us in the game on numberous occasions. Humphrey, best game in ages, Hibs always seem to be feart of him. Law drove us forward time after time throughout the 120 minutes, if only he could keep his cool when he gets in the box.

 

My motm goes to Higdon though, provided everything you would want from the focal point of your attack.

Lasley, Law and Randolph all strong shouts. Went for Lasley, but could have been any. Laws finishing let him down and missing a pen. Randolph didn't much wrong and made some excellent stops. But Keith was carrying Jennings on his back and doing the work of two for pretty much whole game
