Steve Diggle
Everything MFC do is hammered by the members of this board and the good things they do are not as good as other teams have done. Why don't we fuck of and support someone else. . . . .? Or shut the fuck up!? Just a thought!
Robyn
We support the football team that is Motherwell FC not the running of the club..
Steve Diggle
We support the football team that is Motherwell FC not the running of the club.. Jim O'Brien, Paul Quinn, Marc Fitzpatrick, Mark Reynolds, Bob Malcolm, Graeme Smith, Cillian Sheridan, Mark McGhee etc etc etc. will tell you differently
Robyn
Fair point, everyone who attends games regulary go to watch the team they support, ok, they may not be doing it in the correct way by not getting behind the players or singing from kick off to Full Time but, there at Fir Park (or at away games) because thats the team they support. But, from your original point "Why don't we fuck off.." etc, many people would if we never had the love for the footballing side of things. Like the thread "The Well Support.." asking how we rate our fans, we ain't different from any other club, all clubs have twats who will give stick to their own players for the hell of it but, its our duty as fans to out voice they ideas and get behind the team. Sdt
I'm not for moaning about the club, (I'm a happy-clappy fan) but folk can moan about as long as they want. They put money into the club and want to see a return for it. Freedom of speech and all that aswell.
SuperCC
We support the football team that is Motherwell FC not the running of the club.. Perfectly put and spot on...... Diggle, I assume you see yourself as Scottish but do you agree with everything Salmond and his SNP Cronies do running the country.... Steve Diggle
Perfectly put and spot on...... Diggle, I assume you see yourself as Scottish but do you agree with everything Salmond and his SNP Cronies do running the country.... There's nothing I can do about being Scottish - I can't piss off and be American for instance. (although Salmond is testing that to the limit ) My point is around if things are so bad - surely the best thing to do is get yourself out of the situation. I know there are good things and bad things about the club - good players and not so good. However if I had to walk around under the cloud that covers some posters or if I was as perpetually angry as some posters - I'd seriously consider some counselling or removing myself from such a negative environment and go follow snooker or take up line dancing or something much less taxing and harmful. As a club - this is probably as good as it gets - looking like we can challeng for europe and looking like we could get a run in one of the cups. I care about you all I really do - I just think you should all go get yourself sorted out before you collectively burst some blood vessels Take care out there well fans

SuperCC
There's nothing I can do about being Scottish - I can't piss off and be American for instance. (although Salmond is testing that to the limit ) You have just gone against your original point - you are Scottish but dont agree with the management and I'm a Well fan that doesnt agree with the management. Would be easier to stop being Scottish and move sticks to America and say "I love this new country" than it would be for any Well fan to suddenly go support Accies or any other local sh!te... Would never boo a Well player though at any time no matter how bad he is, cos although we have had some right useless gits they have still been brave enough to go out in a Well shirt knowing that they cant compete at this level. It's up to the manager to decide the team and if he is playing lads that arent good enough then either he has no choice or he carrys the can for that decision. As far as the football goes, we are all in it together PS, someone just said to me "I might be married but it doesnt mean I like the mother-in-law" or even the wife lol

Some would say that, but that's opinion for you isn't it? You're allowed an opinion everywhere else except on here though, so I'm safe! Spookey eh? I believe everyone is entitled to their opinion too. That wasn't the point. The point is actually - if things are as bad and as enfuriating in every aspect - why do those most upset about this mistreatment and disrespect not go and pusue another more life enhancing pursuit. Fuck sake the world's in financial meltdown and we're getting upset at Cillian Sheridan getting a shirt with a No. 9 on it for 4 months of his life. I think it shows that these folk love the club enough to actually give a fuck about things like this. Although I agree the No.9 things is just daft. I would care if it was 9, 76 or any other number
