Finlay
Would have been nice to head up to Elgin (although unlikely that the game would take place at the first attempt) or start our campaign at Hampden but I'm very happy with a home draw against lower league opposition. I take it QP and Elgin drew at the weekend. Any idea when they are playing again? EDIT: Queens Park vs Elgin is this Saturday.
weesacs
http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/football/scot_cups/scottish_cup_fix/default.stm this saturday i think

siebsbarmyarmy
I like my Cup away days as much as the next person but anything that gives us a better chance of having an away day to Hampden in May is a good thing for me. Happy with this draw. Rest a few of the senior players and give some young lads a chance. McHugh, Halsman and Forbes to start I think. Kmcalpin
A trip to Elgin would have been nice, but a home draw against them or Queens Park isn't bad at all. One of the better draws I'd say.
Welldaft Mk1
I'd say also...especially since Celtic, Rangers and DDee Utd were still left in the draw when Elgin/QP came out
delboy
was joking with my osteopath this morning that we'd get Queen's Park as his son plays for them an hour later he texted me to tell me the draw, if only I had popped in to bookie.... Ian-in-Oz
??? Have I missed something? Are we not drawn at home?! I think he means that the tie could go to a replay. Not very likely but it is Motherwell so nothing is impossible.
daver
A midweek trip to Elgin in mid January for a replay is the stuff nightmares are made of. A midweek trip to Hampden with a few beers is an altogether different prospect. Hopefully it won't come to either!
