Andy_P
Really chuffed to say that with a further donation from Steve Diggle we have now met our target of £1000 for a Claret Well Society membership. Thank you to everyone who has contributed to help us get to this point and I'm especially grateful to those who have made donations and further donations on the back of paying for their own Well Society memberships and in many cases putting towards the Player Sponsorship too. Cheers once again to all who have supported this idea so well from the minute it was first suggested.
Steve Diggle
Is there enough momentum for another 300 membership andy?
Andy_P
I'm not sure to be honest SD. What I would say though is that there is an annual sub of £150 for the Claret Well Society package so if there was a still a desire from people to get involved any contributions would be well received towards that.

Andy_P
Voting primarily. You may recollect that when the Rangers newco vote thing had to be made, those who had contributed were required to either respond to an email or PM I sent. Any matters arising that require a vote can be dealt with in much the same way someone might vote for the Man of the Match.
Andy_P
The resumption of posting on this thread can only mean one thing. Yep, I'm back pestering you for your dosh again. Well sort of. If you are relatively new to the forum or weren't able/didn't fancy/whatever getting involved last year, a significant number of posters on the forum collectively contributed the £1000 required for the site to purchase a Claret Well Society Membership. The idea was that it might appeal to posters keen to get involved and support the Well Society but who weren't able to commit to the full membership and who could put in a tenner, £20 or whatever to the fund to help reach the target. Such was the generosity shown that many of the folk who contributed did so having forked out for their own membership and we actually took in more than the £1000 required, with £40 having sat snugly in an account ready to be put towards this years fees of £150. If you fancy getting involved this is an ideal opportunity to do so. You can do so by contributing to the address at the foot of this email and ofcourse you can ask any questions you wish about our Steelmen Online Well Society membership by posting on this thread. The email from MFC does also give some info. about future sign up nights that might be of use too. ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP RENEWAL Thank you for taking out membership of The Well Society. The Well Society has now been up and running for a year and the annual membership fees are now due. At a recent Board meeting it was agreed that all membership renewals would become due either at 31st March or 30th September, dependent on when you joined. In the case of your membership this means that you are due to renew as at 31st March In order to safeguard the future of the Club it is more important than ever that we grow the reserves of the Society and by renewing your membership you not only help achieve this but ensure that you continue to receive the benefits that your membership entitles you to. To do this, we are holding a further “Sign Up” evening on the 21st March at which a number of the first team squad will be present. Our aim is to reach the major milestone of £500, 000 which is one-third of our ultimate target! The Board of the Well Society would like to invite you along to this evening, at which you can pay your renewal, have your photograph taken with some of our first team players and for the kids, have a kick about on the pitch with our fantastic Community Trust coaches. The renewal fees are as follows: Junior Steel £20 Steel £50 Claret £150 Amber £500 1886 £1000 As well as being able to renew your membership on the 21st March, there are a number of alternative options available: • By completing the yearly mandate below and returning to The Well Society • By cash, cheque made payable to The Well Society, debit or credit card. • By electronic transfer direct to the Well Society Bank Account Co-operative Bank Sort Code: 83-91-26 Account Number: 65513121 Reference Number: Please quote your Well Society Number If you have any questions, or would like further information, please contact Alison Wallace on 01698 338006 or email wellsociety@motherwellfc.co.uk.
