Waldo
I Remember jamie getting a lot of stick during his well career . I remember Tommy Coyne getting a lot of stick, and Brian Martin and come to think of it, almost everybody.
star sail
I think that one or two people may be doing Jennings a disservice. I think he will be one of those players that we willlook back upon and realise just how good he was when he is gone. A bit like Paul Lambert. I am not saying that Jennings is as good as Lambert was but Steve Jennings performs his role as a holding midfield player very well. We have not had a poor season since Jennings arrived at the club. There will be other factors but his presence is a contributing factor.

MelvinBragg
I think there's a distinction to be made between Favourite and Best. With that in mind... Favourites Dykstra Quinn Nijholt Teale Hammell Lasley Russell Valakari McFadden Cusack Clarkson Best Randolph Burley Nijholt Krivokapic McKinnon Kirk Lambert O'Donnell McFadden Coyne Porter I did see McAllister and McClair (first time around) but being honest, I was too young to appreciate them.. TheLip69
My first hero was Dixie Deans so he'll be in my team right away, my Dad would be turning in his grave if I didn't include Charlie Aitken and Pat Quinn. So my favourite 20 are as follows; Charlie Aitken Pat Quinn Dixie Deans Tom Donnelly Keith MacRae Joe Wark Willie Pettigrew Bobby Graham Vic Davidson Ally Mauchlen John Gahagan Stevie Kirk Dougie Arnott Tommy Coyne Rab McKinnon Davie Cooper Phil O'Donnell Paul Lambert James McFadden Keith Lasley The best would be a lot different and harder to pick. The Skipper
I would find it difficult to better or add to the 20 listed by TheLip69 other than maybe John Goldthorpe and Jackie McInally

You'd place the likes of Porter & Krivokapic ahead of Cooper?
MelvinBragg
You'd place the likes of Porter & Krivokapic ahead of Cooper? Different positions. If you look closely , both lists are a 442. Could only pick one left winger and for me it had to be McFadden. Close call though..

Muzz
Echo most of the above, some additions for me:- Ray Farningham - my first time at Ipox and he scored the winner. Eliphas Shivute - a great player with awesome potential ruined by big Eck. Paul Smith - memories of a game at Cappielow when he scored 2 in the first ten mins. Paul Kinnaird - for the banter ... but when he was good he was awesome, and when he poor it was as if his feet were put on the wrong way around. Don Goodman - for the way he answered back the boo boys with good honest hard work. Chris McCart - should be on a list despite being a wee shite that keeps stealing our youngsters for Septic. My old man insists that Ian St John is by far the best ever to pull on the C&A.

The Skipper
Dixie Deans scored 78 goals from 152 appearances and surely deserves recoignition when you consider WP just bettered it by his 80 goals in 146 appearances and WP is regarded as a legend.
