Apparently Fouad Bachirou is still looking for a club having left Morton.

Saw him play against Accies last season and he was the stand out player and exactly what we are looking for in a midfield player. If anything he has a bit more 'class' about him than Steve Jennings, in terms of passing, ball retention and so forth.

I know we have no money but I think this guy would be worth a shout.

I believe any Scottish club signing him would need to pay compensation, hence why nobody seems willing to take a punt on him.

Having checked his stats and so forth he certainly fits the bill as the type of player we should be after. Has some potential, still young, with some sell-on potential further down the line.

Anyone know what kind of compo would be required to take him, out of curiosity?

No thanks. Mate supports Rochdale and reckons Thomson must have compromising photos of all the managers he's played under..

I don't know if we are interested or not, but one fan's view is pretty meaningless. We can't even agree on here how good/bad our own players are.

Was he one of the Morton team who didn't show up against us in the cup?

Yes, but the general consensus of the Morton fans I've heard from is that he's far too good for that level of football. Would be worth a punt if you ask me.
