nethertonwellfan
. Amazing how some folk just can't resist turning the thread round to their insecurities about Rangers - God rest their soul -, even when the thread is discussing what is quite a big issue for our own club. Also amazing ho some people never have anything positive to say about the team that they say they support.
Guest
Heard chat that he had to resign on the basis that if he was to vote no, it could force the club into administration, which legally, he cannot do.
steelboy
Heard chat that he had to resign on the basis that if he was to vote no, it could force the club into administration, which legally, he cannot do. that's by far the most likely reason. weeyin
that's by far the most likely reason. I think the most likely reason is that, as an SPL Board Member, he wasn't consulted before the SFA/SPL/SFL proposal document was circulated. steelboy
I think the most likely reason is that, as an SPL Board Member, he wasn't consulted before the SFA/SPL/SFL proposal document was circulated. then why give up the important job he was doing for mfc? and why was it announced only hours after the votes were counted? if you had been expending a lot of energy working for free attempting to balance the books the books at a football club then that football club against your advice put's makes a decision that will likely leave it in a perilous position would you hang around to clean the mess up? Jay
I would have said the most likely reason was still that the future of our club is going to be very difficult and will take a huge amount of work behind the scenes; work that Derek Weir doesn't have the time for. That is the most likely reason, because it is basically the reason that has been given. Any other theories are exactly that.
