Bop
With this game only a week away now it might be a decent time to start predicting line ups, scores etc. We'll have a better idea after Thursday night of how we look in a competitive fixture but at the minute i'm going to go for a provisional 1-1 draw. Hibs were absolutely shite against Malmo and i'd doubt they could be so bad twice in a row. McHugh to score.
FrazMFC96
7-0 to Hibs
bladesman
3-1 to the Well. Fenlon's last game in charge....
milo
Will Hibs be able to bounce back from that gubbing? Of are they just truly mince? Â I expect us to take something from the game, although I've no idea how our new team will play.
weeyin
In the recent past, Hibs had have players that matched up well against us (Stokes, Riordan, Grifftihs etc.) and were always capable of scoring. Â I don't see that in their current squad, so hopeful we can eke out a win.
underboyleheating
Any plans for a Scotland’s shame banner. In saying that it’s probably best to wait until after Thursday’s result.
Special aka
I'm stunned at the current standard of Hibs team. In recent years they have sold the likes of Riordan, O'Connor, Thompson, Fletcher, Whittaker for many many millions. Whats happened to it all ? Â After Thursday's riding they will have a lot to prove and be a dangerous beasty as a result, and as yet we are a tad unknown. Â Take a draw ? At Easter Road ? Yes. Lobey_Dosser
Money went on the stadium and the training ground. Â Who knows how we will react to Thursday. Advantage hibs given that they have a full week to prepare. Â However, it looks like the only available defenders they have are Mullen, Stevenson and Hanlon so hopefully we get torn into them from the start. GazzyB
1-0 to us, Faddy pen.
Al B
I think Vigurs will unlock them with relative ease, but I also think we'll concede as our backline will take a few more games to properly settle. 3-1 Motherwell.
Ya Bezzer!
Getting the first goal will be all important. Â If we can get an early goal you'll be sure to see the crowd lose the plot and a huge amount of pressure on the home team.
Burn_Broomfield
5-1 Motherwell.

rambunctious
Can't see past a Motherwell win. Â Hibs are just.....(what's the word i'm looking for here?)....pish, crap, terrible, awful, mince, rubbish, shady, shite, hopeless. Â Any and all of those apply. superward
I reckon we'll beat them by a goal or two but also concede. Â 3-1 (McHugh, Faddy, Sutton) Â Formation is a bit of guess. I think we will go 3 at the back on Thursday but return to a back 4 for Sunday. Something like... Â ----------------Nielsen/Hollis--------------- --Ramsden--Hutch--Mick--Hammell-- ------Lawson--Lasley--Vigurs------------ -------------------Faddy----------------------- -------------Sutton--McHugh---------------
two_sevens
I was speaking to a couple of Hibs fans on Saturday - I also didn't want to crow about the Malmo result until I've seen how we do on Thursday. They reckoned we should win, and that a Hearts win in the derby the following week would definitely be Fenlon's last game. They also predicted a poor home support - 16000 went to the Malmo game, and most of them wouldn't be going back.
superwell87
2-1 'Well. Sutton and Vigurs
FJ-94
Going to head through for this due to it being sandwiched between the euro games  2-
Yabba's Turd
1st game of the season? Away to Hibs, that would normally have given me the fear, but now that we're seemingly favourites I'm bricking it going through there. Will take any points as a positive. Â Only because we are expected to win
punk_in_drublic
I think 2 - 1 Motherwell. Line up of my choice: Â 1. Neilsen 2. Ramsden 3. Hammel 4. Hutchinson 5. McManus 6. Lawson 7. Vigurs 8. Lasley 9. Sutton 10. McFadden 11. ZFA
ankles
is this a pay at the gate game?
Ocelot Groomin'
I would have thought so, ER is not normally the cheapest of stadiums
Iain7_mfc
Hibs are one of those clubs that have been recently doing the "get the ticket from a ticket office right next to your gate, hold you're ticket for approx 30 seconds before handing it over to a steward walking thru the gate" waste of time palava.
mightywellscott
they do this so that they only need to pay one or two people the extra wages for 'handling cash' and then they can pay the turnstile poeple less money just for taking the ticket. Lot's of place now do that, not just football clubs.
