bigcol
Definitely fills me with more confidence than Hollis
MelvinBragg
Depends whether you listen to the folk who were suggesting in the Shoutbox a minute ago he should have come for the cross when they scored… I think he's at least given McCall something to think about. Both he and Anier have done themselves no harm at all. Having said that Hollis hasn't done much wrong in his two starts...
Special aka
Depends whether you listen to the folk who were suggesting in the Shoutbox a minute ago he should have come for the cross when they scored… Good spot. Players have given their all tonight, and kept the score respectable. Damages was done, and tie was lost last week with an scaredy-kat formation an feeble tactics. Roll on Sunday

Big Stall
Not that it makes much difference to the outcome, but shite pen Boab! Why isnt Hammy stepping up to take that rather than.a yougster who struggles to get a game for us!
milo
Terrible terrible penalty from McHugh. Perfect place for the keeper to save it. Why do players insist on putting penalties there?!?!
Browni
You know what you get with a bigger budget? Players that make better decisions in pressure situations... You know what you also get with a bigger budget, hotter tottie round the pitch that the cameramen love.
Larry David
That was possibly the worst penalty I have ever seen in my life.
postiejim
Well were out again early doors and while i get all the talk about punching above our weight a goal would have been nice. Poor tactics and team tonight and in the first game as well .learned nowt I'm afraid.

Why isnt Hammy stepping up to take that rather than.a yougster who struggles to get a game for us! It shows how weakened a side we're finishing the game with when you look round the team and Hammell is the obvious pick simply because he's experienced... steelboy
why's mccall holding his head in hands after the pen when he clearly wasn't bothered about the result? there is no difference between 1-0 and 1-1.
NottsMFC
Fuck it, would've been happy had we scored that pen, 1-1 out there would've been respectable but disappointed. Bring on the sheep on Sunday & hopefully we'll have the smiles back on our faces.

MelvinBragg
why's mccall holding his head in hands after the pen when he clearly wasn't bothered about the result? there is no difference between 1-0 and 1-1. Maybe because he wanted the traveling fans to at least have a goal to celebrate? And while it makes no difference in real terms, the competitor in him would have wanted a result when it was possible... Stupid fucking question..

Fal_Dosser
Feel gutted for the lads as they worked hard, but yet again, we shoot ourselves in the foot with an avoidable own goal - and our penalty miss just put the tin lid on it BTW, plaudits to Neilson who looked the part VERY disappointed with the tactics in the 2nd half - again we go out of Europe with hardly a whimper Sooner Sunday's here the better, to hopefully get away from this style of play MON RA DOSSERS
Juan Kerse
Having not really cared while watching that am now gutted at that penalty miss. I had a feeling he was going to miss it - such as our bottle this whole tie, but if it had went in at least we would have got a goal in Europe and a draw away form home on the record books, and coefficient. Ach well at least we didnt do a hibs. Gunnar looks better in goals. By a mile. We need a winger.

Shaka
Knew McHugh would make a c**t of it the second he grabbed the ball. Great striker against youth players who don't give a fuck, shite against real players! Usual euro fare from us,line up with strange team/tactics,play decent, lose a stupid goal and finish Motherwell nil. Biggest plus was Nielsen
steelboy
are you sure ? what about co-efficient points ? the real reason is because he doesn't want 540 mins of european football without a goal on his cv. co-efficient points mean nothing to us at the moment. scotland is miles away from getting an extra place and we need more than a draw or even a single win to improve our standing. MelvinBragg
I don't get how people thought we'd set up negatively at home? It was exactly the same formation we used last season but with different personnel. Difference was we were playing a better team that didn't give us the time we had in the SPL last season. That and the fact we have less pace than last season...
