On first viewing I said exactly the same thing but after seein the replay a few times I wouldn't pin any blame on him. Looks a decent big lad and will have a lot more confidence with him between the sticks than Hollis (who to be fair hasn't done anything wrong).

 

Probably Neilson just gets the nod ahead if Anier.

As far I could see Keeper is blameless. Not even sure why McManus even had to touch the ball. I couldn't belive it when t I watched the ball go in the net. Obviously he was trying to head it over but would have been harmless if he just let it go.

 

Daft error but I am sure he wil help us get many points this season

And who had full view to give the shout that there was no one behind and to leave it? The keeper.

 

Who cares? It's over and done with. A new centre-back pairing and a new keeper being bedded in means there'll be more mistakes to come probably. Let's give them a chance.

Voting for Hutchy he was immense at the back and kept Balde quiet enough as to do no damage

The only thing that annoys me about Hutchison is that I can hardly remember the last European game where he didn't lunge in and give away a silly free kick in a dangerous position. Despite that, I firmly believe he will go very far in the game. Much further than the last young centre half we sold!

The only thing that annoys me about Hutchison is that I can hardly remember the last European game where he didn't lunge in and give away a silly free kick in a dangerous position. Despite that, I firmly believe he will go very far in the game. Much further than the last young centre half we sold!

Not so sure. Hutchinson is a good player but last season people were slating the likes of Cummins and Kerr for repeating their mistakes. Hutchinson is still making the same mistakes he was making two or three seasons ago. He's improved a lot of aspects of his game but until the rushes of blood are cut out (or at least reduced), I think there's a limit to how far he'll go, despite all the obvious tools he has at his disposal.

 

Which might work in our favour as even with this flaw, he's a very good SPL player...
