I'm guessing we'll still have the claret band due to the comment about retaining the history, although the cutting edge comment does give cause for concern.

I'm quite glad about the "cutting edge" thing, because this constant retro bollocks is doing my nut in. Im assuming it refers to the Elite matchday bodyfit versions for the players...and im delighted we'll also have that version for sale.

I will be shocked if our kit is a subtle and classy number, Macron have a history of Bowfin kits!!

 

I do think this years kit is the worst in a long time tho (Hummell away 1990s standard) so hopefully it'll be slightly better than that one!!

 

hopefully we've made some money out the deal, as that's the main issue.

The away strip would be fine by me. The band on the home strip was white & black, so not sure what we would have, claret & white on an amber strip?

I'm dead against dropping the band. It'd be like Celtic dropping hoops, Killie ditching stripes, Hibs ditching their combination of white sleeves and green body on strip. The band's a defining feature of the club and kit for me.

Not bothered at all personally... I wouldn't want to lose it forever, but it's come and gone numerous times already while I've been a 'Well fan.
