Steve Diggle
Oh holy fuck We're actually arguing about how not to give credit to our players after a 6 game winning streak
Frazzie
If that gets put down as an OG then McCall should get Sutton to fuck, the lazy cunt. And if he doesn't then he's just a wee ginger h*n cunt.

Inthebasement
I think yesterday's shut out definitely proves that gunnar is the best goal keeper well could even hope to sign and anyone even thinking otherwise should fuk off and support accies and blade themselves too and also wasn't even at the game anyway. It's the same as higgy and davie cooper! Who's with me dobbers?

Rickoza
So that's the first time we've won 6 top flight matches in a row since before WW2 broke out?! When was the last time we won 7 top flight matches in a row? After losing to Queen's Park in February 1933, we went 30 unbeaten in the league into the next season, including 10 straight wins so we've a bit to go yet. weeyin
In my time our best league run was when Davie Hay was the manager in the first Division. We lost our first game away at Killie (2 - 0), and then had a sequence of 20 unbeaten: Motherwell 1-0 Queens Park Motherwell 2-2 Hamilton Academical St Johnstone 1-3 Motherwell Motherwell 3-2 Falkirk Dumbarton 0-6 Motherwell Motherwell 3-0 Raith Rovers Dunfermline 1-2 Motherwell Motherwell 3-0 East Stirlingshire Motherwell 1-1 Ayr United Clydebank[4] 1-7 Motherwell Motherwell 2-2 Heart Of Midlothian QoS 0-2 Motherwell Queens Park 0-1 Motherwell Motherwell 2-0 Kilmarnock Falkirk 1-1 Motherwell Motherwell 6-1 Dunfermline Athletic East Stirling 0-6 Motherwell Motherwell 3-1 Clydebank[4] Hearts 0-3 Motherwell Motherwell 2-1 Queen of the South (before finally losing a derby match to Accies, 1 - 0) Was quite a season, that one. weeyin
is that the year we scored over 100 goals? 92 in the league, 4 in the League Cup, 0 in the Scottish Cup thanks to the early exit at the hands of Aberdeen. All the details are here. I think Brian McLaughlin and Willie Irvine were fighting out for top scorer and Willie nicked it with his goal against Hearts last game of the season (which also meant Killie went up with us instead of the Jambos). weeyin
I think it's the only time being a Well fan, that I actually thought "how many are we gonna win by this week?" Happy Days... It almost (but not quite) became boring running in massive amounts of goals on a weekly basis. The 7 - 1 at Clydebank was ridiculous, as they were one of the top 1st Division teams at the time. Was definitely one of my favourite seasons as a 'Well fan. Think I made it to very away ground too.
