This is disgraceful. Our glaring weaknesses are shown up for all to see whenever we play united as they are everything that we are not. They have pace, flair and have an effective midfield, not to mention a goalkeeper worthy of the name and a reasonable defence.

We seriously need to sort out the defence and goalkeeping situation in the summer.

But they're jealous as fuck of our league position - again

Just a bad day at the office. Onwards and upwards.

We've had a fair few of them this season. 0-4 v United at FP, 1-3 v them again at Tannadice, 0-2 and 0-3 at Perth, 0-5 v Celtic at home, 1-3 v Aberdeen, 0-2 against them in the League Cup, 0-1 v Albion fucking Rovers in the Scottish cup and now today's drubbing. That's quite a few 'bad days at the office' this season indeed that's a good few absolute stinkers too many for today to be merely shrugged off as a bad day at the office!

we played compact defensive formation against celtic because they had scored 10 against us. United had 9 goals against us but we started off 4-4-2. Cifti has ripped us everytime so mccall gets vigurs to man mark john rankin.

Mccall and black have no idea how to make a team defensively sound and have no chance of managing at a higher level.

An absolutely shameful display. Embarrassing. Game was lost before a ball was even kicked with that ridiculous lopsided line up but the lack of effort and the way we were torn apart was humiliating.

The amount of goals we have conceded this season is absolutely staggering and it hasn't shown any signs of improving.

No one player can hold their head up after that.

Yeah, and yet we're still up there fighting for 2nd or 3rd place regardless, aren't we?

This kind of result happens every now & then, both for and against us.

Took 1 point from the tricky two games.

Win our next 2 and its all good.

Absolutely. It's a sore one to take today, but doesn't change much in terms of what we need to do with the remaining matches. Thanks to Aberdeen's stuttering form, we can still catch them if we win our next two, and they drop points to either Celtic or Dundee United. Even if Aberdeen win one and draw one, then as long as we win both our next two at home, we can still take second by winning at Pittodrie. Hopefully Aberdeen will drop more than two points in their next two though. I'd be very happy if both Celtic and Utd beat them.

The important thing is to get a response to this result in our next two, and give ourselves the opportunity to do it on the last day.

It''s certainly going to be an exciting two weeks, and as much as I'd rather we had it sewn up before the split, this is going to be one hell of a finale to the season across the whole league.

it's not all about the bigger picture. People travel up and good money so it's not much to expect competence from the manager and the team.

It's also football. The best teams in the world put in horror shows from time to time. There's no way to guarantee a good result and performance, so someone's always going to be coming away from the match feeling let down and angry. Part of the excitement of supporting your team is going to matches not knowing what you're going to get.

Aberdeen can drop all the points they want, we aren't capable of taking advantage of it.

I think Ross County and Hearts are the only teams not to have scored 3 goals or more in a game against us this season.

Of course we're capable of doing it. We've beaten ICT twice recently, and beat St Johnstone 4-0 the last time we played them at Fir Park. If Motherwell put in the performance then we're capable of beating either side.

We haven't conceded more than two in a match to either Killie or ICT as well I think?
