Goggles & Flippers
BBC Sport Website Mannus (SJ) Mackay (SJ), Warren (ICT), Boyd (RC), Izaguirre (CE) Brown (CE), Lasley (MW) Higginbotham (PT), MacLean (SJ) and McLean (SJ) McKay (ICT) Can't help but think St. Johnstone winning the cup heavily influenced his decisions. Can't say I know a lot about other players in our league, I don't watch enough games outwith ours. Thoughts regardless? Any of them free? The African
"Unsung heroes" and "team of the year", talk about oxymoronic. The truth is we are the team of the season, again. With our resources we have no right to be where we are, and given the changes in our squad, this years' performance is even more remarkable than last. What the media wanks fail to understand is that, to be a real hero you don't need hype, you have to do something heroic.
weeyin
And getting paid good wages to play a game doesn't come close to the much used and abused term of 'heroic'.
claretband
Just checked, we didn't get a single player in this years' PFA team - can you imagine the dummy-spitting if Lennon was our manager.
Ya Bezzer!
The only one I'm not sure about is Billy Mackay. Started the season superbly but went right off the boil after Butcher left. He only score 4 of his 18 league goals in 2014.
