rambunctious
I've already written this off as a defeat. All I'm looking for is a bit more hunger, desire and a better work rate from the players.
StipeIsGod
I've already written this off as a defeat. All I'm looking for is a bit more hunger, desire and a better work rate from the players. Same, although I'd add that I'm quite enthusiastic about the possibility of at least some form of decent play.
weeyin
We've lost our manager, so guaranteed a win. That's how it works, right? Just ask MJC.
Well Well
If United score early this could be a hammering as the morale will plummet and the usual suspects will hide in plain view. On the other hand it will be interesting to see how Black formation differs from McCall's. Will it be an attacking formation or full of defenders..? steelboy
Kenny black is one of the men who pioneered the 4-6-0 so we could be in for a wee surprise.

Big Wispy Flossy
McCall left black a parting gift - the teamlines! Not happy to see McManus lasley and Sutton starting again
siebsbarmyarmy
Dan Kerr Ramsden McManus OBrien Ainsworth Lasley Reid Vigurs Sutton and Ojamaa Hmmm not overly inspiring. Subs Neilsen, Carswell, Lawson, MChugh, Law, ZFA, Moore. What a shite bench to call upon.....
steelboy
i think it will be ramsden at left back and o'brien in the centre.
siebsbarmyarmy
i think it will be ramsden at left back and o'brien in the centre. Thinking he might go 3-5-2 also like last week. Not sure who would play left wing back tho... No Erwin, is he injured or does Black think McHugh is a better option lol.....

Lobey_Dosser
Black made it clear yesterday that he wouldn't change much due to how successful the management team have been. Is there a minutes silence planned?
Well-Made
There is Motherwell FC @MotherwellFC · 4h4 hours agoAnd, as we remember the fallen, there will be a minute's silence ahead of tonight's match with @dundeeunitedfc... #MFCvDUFC

Dezz
Luckily it didn't cost us, but why have 2 players standing over a corner?!? Also, Ainsworth's goal was yards inside!!
Wellfan1984
Luckily it didn't cost us, but why have 2 players standing over a corner?!? Also, Ainsworth's goal was yards inside!! Cause one is a left footer, the other a right. Same reason you do it at free kicks. So the defence don't know if it is an in swinger or out swinger. Decent idea. Good win, deserved

DEWELL
Thought Utd were crap more than we were good but it's a vital 3 points in our quest for 10th spot.

Lobey_Dosser
Textbook response to losing your manager. Rode our luck and battled like fuck. Startling improvement in performance from the experienced players that have been getting the flak. Hopefully our future manager is excited by the prospect of building an organised team around the quality of Ojamaa, Ainsworth and Vigurs. Well done Motherwell.
