Yassin
I'd like Kenny Shiels. In all seriousness, I wouldn't mind Butcher coming back provided he does what he did for us what he did for Inverness What, relegate us?
Big Wispy Flossy
Ooft blast from the past there. What's he been doing? Shit player at motherwell. As a manager fairly successful. Been around Europe - won the polish league with Kraków spells in Belarus - and latterly in the US.

Yassin
Terry Butcher is possibly the most spectacularly awful appointment we could make.

Shire Greats
1417864272[/url]' post='426259']Ooft blast from the past there. What's he been doing? Was he the big centre half/sweeper chappie? Has he got a job at the minute? Sounds decent tho, somebody who has experienced a different. Culture etc

weeyin
I don't see how anyone can be a red hot favourite at this stage if we are still interviewing candidates next week.
kennyb1979
From Wikipedia maaskant has held 11 managerial positions in the last 15 years. Not exactly promoting stability...
Lobey_Dosser
whos the other? Bbc don't know. McCall did mention that one of the candidates phoned him for info during the week and is due to be interviewed. McCall didn't know the guy but was impressed by his research. milo
Does anybody else think it quite inappropriate that McCall was covering the game from Fir Park today? Think he might have thought better myself Absolutely! Considering it's largely his fault we're in this position!

Burn_Broomfield
Van der Gaag's hat is in the ring. Butcher interviewed.
Welldaft Mk1
I was upset when Butcher left us. He built a good team at Inverness. OK with Steve Marsella help, but with our wage budget next year we could do worse than try to replicate that route to success. Surprisingly Yogi Hughes has taken it on another level. I would not be overly upset if that came to pass. As long as it was a 1.5 yr contract or contract to end of year with renewal if we avoid relegation. I am sure a clause will be in their for whomever we get in
MelvinBragg
Van der Gaag's hat is in the ring. Butcher interviewed. Interesting, hadn't thought of Van der Gaag. If we're looking at a six name shortlist, who's on it? Butcher Shiels Black Maaskaant Van der Gaag ??????? Really hope that we make a decision soon. Uncertainty is not helping at all... Del_Superwell
I believe Kenny Black and Billy Stark are getting interviewed for the job as well.
mfc
the scottish game will never move forward if old school hangers on like stark are in a job,i seriously hope we aren't wasting our time giving him as much as an interview. milo
It's going to have to be Alex Ferguson if we are to avoid the drop as the new manager will be working with some of the worst players to ever wear claret and amber. And we've Stuart McCall to thank for that.
