don_keyride
That is really underwhelming.

Couldn't have put it better myself. The new manager watched that garbage last week and decided that Sutton (among others) should keep his place?!?! Big Stall
The more things change, the more they stay the same. Yes and no, we'v got both Ojamaa and Ainsworth starting which hasn't really happened much this season. About time in my opinion, they are our two weapons, if they are on their game we might start looking dangerous
postiejim
And he did say the players had been working on certain things he thought were needing sorted, let's give the guy a chance ...at least a month.
Goggles & Flippers
The new manager watched that garbage last week and decided that Sutton (among others) should keep his place?!?! I'm sure he also watched them for 5 days in training last week as well.

weeyin
Couldn't have put it better myself. The new manager watched that garbage last week and decided that Sutton (among others) should keep his place?!?! Did you even listen to his press conference? He picked his team based on how they players preformed in training for him this past week and, like all new managers, gave them all a clean slate. siebsbarmyarmy
Steven Thompson red card. St Mirren down to 10.... Cmon Well!!!
steelboy
This is terrible. The two fullbacks don't have a clue.
milo
This is terrible. The two fullbacks don't have a clue. I thought Ferguson looked hopelessly out of his depth last week. We're playing against 10 men. We have to try and stretch the play.
Shaka
Underwhelming selection and underwhelming performance against 10 men. You have to wonder what goes on in training if Lasley & Sutton are still walking into the team
Welldaft Mk1
I see O'Brien has been yellow carded as well. Alan Muir is a god awful referee. Very much doubt O'Brien will last the 90 minutes. Depressing that we have faded towards the end of the 1st half even with a mans advantage !!!! I say faded, not sure we were that dominant. MelvinBragg
That's why Sutton gets picked. Even in his worst form, he's the player most likely in our squad (by some distance) to stick the ball in the net...

Richie
3 pts, thats all that matters. Decent goal. Ball retention was good, if very frustating at 0-0. Josh Law played well again. Baraclough not afraid to switch it and make subs it would seem.
Goggles & Flippers
Sutherland on the radio suggested lots of talking points, 50-50 over Thompson being sent for an early shower, St. Mirren denied a goal that should have been avoided. Sounds like a smash and grab but they even out over a season.
steelboy
We are far too far away to judge their goal but the fact that it hit the bar twice makes me think it wasn't over. The red card was a stick, an assault.

Sounds like a smash and grab but they even out over a season. Fuck thum! Remember the penalty they got for the ball hitting McManus in the face last season? Massive 3 points. It probably wasn't pretty but we need to drag ourselves out the shite whatever way we can.
superward
Smash and grab nothing. I think we deserved those 3 points. Our possession was good and we knocked it about very well. St Mirren made it tough by clogging up the middle of the park so we went sideways a lot. A definite system was being played by Baraclough and at the end of the day it worked. We need to work on linking that decent possession up to the forwards. Pass marks to a lot of the players today - thought Lasley played his Sitting role well (and I have been a harsh critic of him this season) , Law was good, defence solid.
