Goggles & Flippers
I've got us on a perm too, first time in months. I refuse to bet against us due to split loyalties.

1991
Really interested to see the team in particular who the keeper is, I think Long will get the nod as don't think he would have brought him if he wasn't going to play him
Ya Bezzer!
I've got us on a perm too, first time in months. I refuse to bet against us due to split loyalties. Wouldn't bet on todays match because it's a bad match to bet on. 1 win and 9 losses between them on home/away form.
kmmfc
Feck it, us on to win at 3/1 and -1 goal at 8/1. Guaranteed to lose now!
superward
Baraclough mentioned in one of his first press conferences he told players on the Friday who was starting. Thomas maybe straight in by the looks of it? Nathan Thomas@Naththomas19 First game for @MotherwellFC today, can't wait to get started
Goggles & Flippers
OTF did say that Grant and Thomas were stand outs in training. McManus was doing the press conference yesterday so he'll be starting too.
Lobey_Dosser
I do think we are moving in the right direction but think we could struggle today as the players need time establish a pattern of play. Even if we were to lose, I'd be hopeful that we'd turn the corner in the upcoming home games. Nevertheless, I'm swept along with the optimism and have invested some of my Hibs winnings in Motherwell -1 at 11/2.
Big Wispy Flossy
Yeah according to one of the players grant and Thomas looked very capable in training last week
Tweed
I think at 11/5 outright given the fact we have brought some new faces in that could reenergise us and some of the injured ones could be back seems to be in the 'worth a punt' category. milo
I can't work out the formation. Pearo still injured?
Bart Verheul
I'm going with a 4-2-3-1 with long Kerr, ramsden, mcmanus, reid Lasley, grant Erwin, n.Thomas, straker Sutton Or a 4-4-2 with Thomas and straker on the wings and big Lee and sutton up front
fizoxy
My guess: Long Reid Kerr McManus Straker lasley Ramsden Thomas grant Erwin Sutton
Haggischomper
I can't work out the formation. Pearo still injured? Think Pearo has a cracked rib, sadly
Bart Verheul
That could be a good shout fizoxy, never thought of grant in the attacking midfielder role. Whatever the team or formation let's hope we get a positive result today to match all the good vibes off the pitch Come on ye well

Big Wispy Flossy
My guess: Long Reid Kerr McManus Straker lasley Ramsden Thomas grant Erwin Sutton One too many defenders in that team for me but its a step in the right direction
Yoshi-1991
It may have just been first game nerves but was straker not useless at left mid? I like the idea of Ramsden as a defensive midfielder.
Brazilian
think the next few weeks we'll be kept guessing until 5 mins imto games, My guess, ....................Long Ramsden, Kerr, McManus, Reid N.Thomas,,Lasley,, Grant,, Straker, ..................Erwin, .........Sutton, or ....................Long Reid., Kerr., McManus., Straker, .............Ramsden, ......Lasley,...........Grant, N.Thomas,...................Erwin,. ...............Sutton,
steelboy
It may have just been first game nerves but was straker not useless at left mid? I like the idea of Ramsden as a defensive midfielder. It's a shame the reality that we've been watching for the past few months is that he's utter shite there. siebsbarmyarmy
The defence is still giving me the fear. Good to see decent options on the bench mind you.
